Some ideas to get you started but by no means limitations:
Happy - a romance (happily ever after), a book that makes you happy
Grumpy - grumpy x sunshine romance, a book with a grumpy character
Sleepy - characters with sleep issues (ie. Insomnia, Stay Awake)
Sneezy - a book with characters with allergies or who are sick,
Dopey - a silly or comedic character, something like the Jeeves and Wooster series, a character who struggles with drugs or addiction
Bashful - a book with a very shy/introverted character
Doc - character who is a doctor, or has a PhD or is a doctorate candidate
