Christine Mathieu | 948 comments I'm finally finishing "Return to the Olive Farm" by Carol Drinkwater, because we booked their guest cottage at the Olive Farm near Cannes, France, for end of April 2024.

And after this one I'll read "The Illustrated Olive Farm", because her lovely 6 autobiographies on their lives at the Olive Farm have no photos.

Kristina Mateo (chicklassique) | 85 comments Happy place. My 24 year old daughter got about 240 pg in and stopped. She didn't like it. I've finish 279/400pg and like it but would haved liked it more if 200 Pg where scrapped for being redundant and the page after page of describing some insignificent thing just to fill up space.

olgieshmolgie | 2 comments I've been sort of jumping around from book to book.
Currently on the docket:

Powerless - Lauren Roberts (The Powerless Trilogy, #1)
Pretty YA, but it's starting to pick up. So far seems like diet Hunger games in a fantasy setting.

Vows & Ruins - Helen Scheuerer (The Legends of Thezmarr, #2)

Gold - Raven Kennedy - (The Plated Prisoner, #5)

Iron Flame - Rebecca Yarros
I am having a really hard time with this, didn't have high hopes, but im slogggging through the mess of this book.

Well, this morning at the public library I found three:

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/8...

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/8...

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6...

Guess I'll do a lot of reading in the coming weeks. :)
