Powerless!!! A million out of 5 stars and I am OBSESSED with it! An absolutely amazing fast paced fantasy with the most enemies to lovers I have ever read!! Now it has me in the worst reading slump :)

The Hawthorne Legacy, 2nd book in The Inheritance Games series 5 Stars!!! Like a modern day Da Vinci Code set in a billionaires mansion with riddles and clues. I loved it :)
I just finished Instant Karma by Marissa Meyer and rated it 4 ⭐, really cute contemporary romance, definitely recommend if that is your typical genre. It really is not my normal read but I enjoyed it for sure.
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (this was my first time reading it EVER!) and I give it 5 stars! I also watched the movie right after I finished the book :D
The Last Bookshop in London - 3/5. The other one by this author is a bit better (The Keeper of Hidden Books).
Iron Flame, i believe i rated it 3 or 4 stars?? But genuinely i really enjoyed it, its just that there were certain things i could not let go of lol
Finger BoneFinger Bone - a book telling the story of a Japanese soldier deployed in Papua New Guinea to try and take the American base there. Beautiful prose and an interesting topic. My first 5* read of 2024
I read iron flame. iadored it.. Gave it 5 stars. But if I'm being honest I reget reading it. I love binge reading series, and THAT book ends in a way you NEED to read the next one. and i can't because Rebecca Yarros din't even publish the date of the next release.. so.. now i'm waiting and reading House of earth and blood, and it's already ruining me.. so yeah.. everything is good
Emphyrio by Jack Vance I rate it quite well - challenging at the start and not always easy to get the world but once I was in the flow, it was unique and interesting all through.

Andrushka wrote: "ACOTAR 5/5"if this is the first book of Sarah J. Maas, then you're life is about to change. Be ready, it's going to be a devastation after anoher, but it's going to be so good during it
Denim wrote: "5 star Fourth Wing is the last one that me all giddy and happy... the others are side jobs"oh i loved it, but please wait to read the second when you'll know the date of pubblish the third. you'll need it at the end
Júlia wrote: "American Gods - Neil Gaiman4 stars"
I remember both loving this book and feeling tired reading it - it had all the things that I love about Gaimans' work but at the same time felt like a bit of a plodding effort to get through. Not a problem I've had with literally any of his other works.
