SOS’ 24th Round of BookShelf Bingo is about to begin!
New and returning players welcome! We hope you will join us for BookShelf Bingo R24!
✣ Shelf announcements will be made on/around 6pm each Wednesday (EST) ✣
☛ Regular horizontal, diagonal or vertical 4-in-a-row needed to win this round ☚
✥ NEW IN R24 ✥
Players must choose a book which fits one of the weekly awareness category requirements using any of the following five shelves. The same five shelves (with links to GR, SOS &/or Amazon) will be used throughout the game. The weekly shelf announcement will include an awareness category only. NOTE: You must include which of the five shelves/genres you used when posting your review.
REMINDERS:
➸ Each player must check-in a minimum of once a week following the shelf announcement. Let your teammates know which book you will be reading. We are understanding of RL issues that may arise throughout the game keeping you from posting, however, this is a TEAM challenge. Your teammates depend on you to participate and communicate with them. Your teammates and I thank you in advance!
➸ There is no way to know in advance how long the game will last. This round will be using a 4x4 card. Past rounds using a 5x5 card have lasted 2.5-4.5 months. The shelves are chosen using random.org, so there is always a chance the game could go on for a shorter or longer time period.
➸ If you wish to play, sign up below. Please pay close attention to the sign-up sheet's close date. Once closed, any additional people wishing to join us will be added to the stand-by list. Those players must be willing and able to jump in if/when needed to fill a vacated spot in the game.
