How do you imagine her to be?
It's not how she looks actually , it's more about her age and what she's wearing .This model looks like a college student and she's wearing way too much make up! I imagined her a bit more mature .
I should go and read Hanna's story from book 1 , I don't remember it well .

I did , I only skimmed from chapter 25 to the end . I remembered everything .
I wish it was more than 2 weeks since her divorce , it's too short for such a drastic change in body and attitude !

She went with Alex to the motel and Alex punched him. Afterwards Tom begged her to take him back and she did. This scene happened afterwards when they're trying to get together again. They started dating and this is when they sleep together after that.

It's not that I don't like a feisty heroine but this Hanna is not the same character from the first book . She has changed too much IMO

Just a comment. In the previous book Hanna didn't have a perfect body and Alex wanted her the way she was. I didn't like this line:She’s watched her butt form into something that even she liked! She was growing to love her new body more and more every day.
I understand where she's coming from. She wants to feel beautiful and confident again. But if the author wanted to empower Hanna I think a better way would have been for Hanna to embrace her body just as she was and have the weightloss be a result of her taking better care of herself through the realization that she deserves better.
ETA: Yes, that typo is in the book. It's not the first one either...

I totally agree! The perfect body thing is bothering me , too .
The cover fits her though !
“All because you’re sweet on me.”What the heck?! Did she forget everything that happened between them? She knows he wanted to go out with her, he kissed her, she knows he's interested and she has ignored him since her divorce and now she makes fun of his feelings?! That is so not cool! >:/
Was it Tom that pushed her (I don't think so )or just some random person ?

No their interactions doesn't makes sense ! It's all over the place , it doesn't follow a logical path !

I'm a bit disappointed. I hope this gets better . Right now it's pretty bad . One the bad things was when Hanna cried don't kill me please !And editing errors , there are heaps of them.
They have the breeding cycle once a year and it's an instant baby maker, so why doesn't she have 3 or 4 kids? And why all the women don't many kids for that matter. Apparently they can't help it but to have sex? One more thing, didn't remi say a car crash doesn't kill them? Why did he die so easily?
I'm disappointed too, this plot is drunk. It wobbles every which way and doesn't make much sense. When Hanna cried out "don't kill me" I was surprised. It diddn't fit with the Hanna we've seen in this book nor the Hanna in the previous one. I thought Remi died too easily too. Like I said this book is drunk and doesn't make sense. Also, WTH slaves?! When and where is this book set? That queen is a joke and she's respected? Like you said I hope things get better although with a joke of a villain and a heroine with multiple personalities I won't hold my breath...
They have cars but do their laundry by hand?!

They even talk funny ! I was thinking she should have written a highland historical and this plot would have fit right in !
