Could someone please merge these ACEs that were created for placeholder covers for the kindle edition? They're all by the same author, and I've confirmed that they're all placeholders and none went out on any ARCs (some of them look like they could be a cover, but they're just fancy placeholders).
In each case, the merge target is the primary edition, so I haven't isolated any of them. I've left notes that I can delete once the merges are complete.

I've explained to the author that a GR librarian can change out her placeholders in the future.
