Vicious, unforgiving, and chasing me. Maybe I deserve to be hunted for what I’ve done, but I got myself into this and I intend to find my way out. I have a target to hunt, and wrongs to right as best I can. But it doesn’t take me long to realise I’m out of my depth, and that perhaps an ally is what I need. Noah Locke isn’t someone who'll do you a favour, certainly not when he's been sent to catch me, so that means a deal needs to be struck. And there's only one thing he wants that I can provide.
It was never meant to be anything more than a means to an end. I'm soft. He's hard. I'm Neve Broderick. He's nothing more than a criminal. We're from different worlds, and yet time might prove we're more similar than I could ever imagine. Especially when he risks everything to save me.
Hailing from the depths of the quiet British countryside, Charlotte likes nothing better than sinking into her characters dark and devious world's. Sometimes they're kinky, sometimes they're twisted, and sometimes they're a serious hold on tight situation, but her stories are always filled with romance and love in some form.
The final piece of the puzzle and it had such a raw and gritty vibe to it mostly because of the inclusion of Noah Locke Landon’s mysterious employee. The man he keeps on the payroll for when he needs stuff done discreetly or under the radar and after the shocking events of the previous book big brother had Noah hot on Neve’s trail.
Trailing Neve the two then enter a game of cat and mouse and one-upmanship Noah is reluctantly impressed not only by Neves looks but also her smarts. Managing to give Noah the slip Neve soon realises that she needs Noah's help if she has any chance in clearing her name but striking a bargain only complicates everything for Noah and Neve.
This two are polar opposites and definitely from different sides of the track Noah initially sees Neve as a soft pampered Broderick princess while he was raised with nothing they couldn’t be more different. He also has a massive chip on his shoulder and is stubborn as all hell. He’s cold aloof and closed-off very much a loner. He’s also rough where Neve is soft but this only manages to draw him in further being with Neve was only meant to be about the physical but now he finds himself risking everything for her.
Neve has always felt on the outside of her powerful successful family. Watching from the sidelines she was easy pickings to be taken advantage of. Now feeling so foolish that she was expertly and so easily played all she wants is to clear her name and achieve justice for her father. She’s also knee-deep in guilt and thinks without proof her family just won’t believe her. Drawn to Noah Neve finds in him a sense of belonging and he makes her feel safe. With Noah, she doesn’t feel like the wallflower the awkward weird sister. Noah manages to bring forth her inner vixen and makes her feel sexy and alive for the first time ever.
There’s nothing romantic about the way Neve and Noah come together originally it’s all about getting what they want from each other Neve Noah’s assistance and Noah Neves body. But these two find they have so much chemistry together and I adored the rawness of their connection. Noah fights his feelings every step of the way trying to find any excuse to walk away unscathed. He really doesn’t want to fall for Neve but just can’t seem to help himself and now he’s in too deep to just walk away. And my gosh this one has amped the events that have been building all through the series finally culminated in a tense stand-off. This is definitely going to get worse before it gets better.
I also adored the epilogues they were incredibly warm and really were the icing for me bringing a sense of closure and a snapshot into the future. This has been a series chock full of family drama, secrets, mystery, heat and romance. and I’ve been glued to the unfolding events and with the Broderick’s every step of the way. Experiencing all the highs and lows right alongside them it hasn’t always been easy or even straightforward but it’s been raw and real and packed full of heart. I’ve enjoyed this series a whole lot it’s definitely been quite the ride. I really didn’t want it all to end and definitely recommend this 110%. I voluntary reviewed a copy of The Fallen.
The series has come to a smashing conclusion. The secrets are out, the drama is high, and the story is amazing. Charlotte Hart and Rache De Lune are a wonderful writing duo and I look forward to whatever their minds come up with in the future.
The Fallen is book 4 in the Broderick series, which really must be read in order. Each book dives deeper into the lives of the Broderick siblings, to reveal their dark secrets.
Neve Broderick is the youngest and most secretive. Oh, the things she has been hiding! After the shocking end in The Writer, her sister Ivy's story, Neve is on the run, out to prove her innocence with hired muscle Noah Locke hot on her trail.
The Fallen takes us travelling between Morocco and London. Neve is a hard one to track down, even for a professional like Noah. When Noah and Neve team up to discover who has been after her family, Noah takes every advantage of Neve's offer.
They are a great match with an untraditional beginning, which just adds to all the action and drama. I loved seeing this couple grow through all the mayhem. Not ever romance or relationship is the same. Noah and Neve are one of those couples, but it works for them, which makes it perfect.
The Fallen is high on drama and action, barely stopping to let you breathe. There are shocking revelations and you get to see the whole crew as they come together as a family to protect each other.
I've loved every book in the series and I'm sad to see it come to an end. It's been a great ride, and the ending epilogues in all the different POV's were the topping that summed everything up, gave us glimpses of the future, and left me feeling like each sibling had come full circle ready to take on their new world.
This has has been a fabulous series throughout, but talk about leaving the best until last! This enthralling conclusion kept me glued to the pages from start to finish.
Betrayals, secrets, lies, heartache, drama, angst and a murder mystery, romantic suspense with a slow burn love full of heated, raw, real emotion between two people who on paper appear like chalk and cheese, until you dig beneath the surface to find that despite their very different upbringings, Neve Broderick and Noah Locke are not all that different..... I loved The Fallen and the very satisfying conclusion to this superb series it brought.
I've been looking forward to Neve's story, she's been the elusive, mysterious sibling so couldn't wait to find out exactly who and what she was, especially after that jaw dropping ending in the previous book!
Noah is dangerous, rough, raw and lives under the radar. He came from nothing and a rough past had shaped him (but I have to say, he's one of my favourites from the series). Neve to him is initially nothing but a pretty, entitled princess. A job he has no option to take, but soon started to see more to the clever, sharp woman as she outwits him more than once. I loved that she did that and kept surprising him and although he had his alphahole moments, I loved the way they got under each others defences slowly but surely.
I've loved the depth and detail of the overarching story throughout as all the main protagonists came together for this thrilling conclusion. I loved the epilogues too as we saw a little bit of all 4 couples. It will be sad to see the end of this series, it's been intense, gripping, full of heat and heartfelt emotions all the way. Highly recommended!
The Fallen (The Broderick Saga Book 4) by Charlotte E Hart and Rachel De Lune is the conclusion to this series and Neve's story. Picking up where book 3 left off. Neve is on the run and Landon has given Noah Locke the task of finding her and bringing her back to him. We know very little about Locke except he does Landon's dirty work. In this book we get to see who Noah Locke actually is. When he finds Neve she makes a proposal to Noah to help her prove her innocence. There is not much Noah needs. He lives a very simple life and Landon pays him really well so money isn't something he needs. So what is left for Neve to offer. As we learn more about Neve ,who she is, her place in the family and how she got to the point of standing over her dead father's body we are treated with a very good story. Than add Neve's relationship with Noah while we learn more about how he ened up as Landon's henchmen, we see how opposites attract. Loved the steamy connection between Neve and Noah. He is all kinds of yummy with the looks of a model and a body to match; his looks definitely don't fit his brooding persona. The conclusion of their story was cute as well we are given a wrap of each of the other siblings. Just clever. Wouldn't mind a peak of the siblings life after their HEA. A 4 star read for me.
The Broderick Saga has been phenomenal throughout. The Fallen is the fourth and final novel in the series and it is perfect in every way. I had high expectations before I even opened this book at the first page, and as always, I was not left disappointed.
Neve Broderick has been the sister that I have been eager to learn more about, and following the closing scenes of the previous book - titled The Writer, I was desperate to discover exactly what had happened and the reasons behind Neve’s actions. Neve is extremely clever and I loved witnessing her using her brains and skills – even when this meant asking for help from the most unlikely source.
Noah Locke is one of the most intriguing characters I’ve met. Employed by Landon Broderick, he is given a task that ultimately changes his life. I loved getting to know Noah. This tough and intelligent guy will do anything that is necessary to protect those he loves. Through his own choice he lives a secluded life, and I couldn’t help but be delighted to watch him develop feelings for Neve. Noah is fascinating, and I didn’t expect to love him…. but I do.
It’s not easy being a Broderick at the best of times. Each of the siblings have brought something unique through their individual stories that added to the saga storyline brilliantly. They have distinctive personalities and different ways of doing things too. I enjoyed witnessing the changes in some of the characters in this series, whilst others were quite rightly accepted and loved as they are.
The Fallen brings this saga to an incredible conclusion. There are twists and turns that kept me hooked throughout. This story is an addictive, exciting and compelling drama-filled read. I loved the interactions, not only between Noah and Neve, but among all the characters, and I must admit I’m gutted that my time with these incredible people has come to an end.
The series closes with the most perfectly written epilogue. Charlotte E. Hart and Rachel De Lune have penned another phenomenal must-read series which will be not only be amongst my top reads of 2021, but of all time too.
An absolutely stunning conclusion to the Broderick Saga! In all honestly I wish I could give this more than 5 stars because this series really does deserve a whole heap more in my opinion. In this, the fourth book in the series we follow Neve and Noah story and finally get answers to all the questions we had during the other three books. I adored the push and pull between Neve and Noah, they really are a cracking pair of characters. The storyline is filled with so many thrills, so much action as well as love, not only for significant others but also for family. Again Ms Hart and Ms De Lune managed to make me laugh and cry as I read. There are plenty of edge of the seat moments throughout the book and they were so clever and so well thought out just as I have come to expect from this author pairing. There is so much more I want to say but really can’t without giving too much away so I will sign off with this… If you are looking for a series that will have you gripped, will have you eager to turn the page to see what is going to happen next then this is it. Start with book one and follow this family and their adventures in life and love, I guarantee you will enjoy every single second!
Wow! Now that is what I call a finale....Elvis has left the building leaving behind a fantastically well written series which will be a pleasure to reread. The elusive, fascinating Neve takes centre stage linked to the equally fascinating Noah. As Landon's go-to guy, Noah has his own agenda in tracking Neve and is slowly but surely drawn to this clever, quirky loner! Like recognising like? This book has been a fabulous read. Neve and Noah are so well portrayed. Their slow burn 'romance' is electric and having dual pov provides essential revelations of both characters. Both are determined and driven, seem so very different on the outside, are able to live alone, and both are so very deserving of a partner who will respect that and cherish them. And what to say about those epilogue!? Well, gorgeous, satisfying, smile inducing...and so much more. Bravo! One of my all time favourite series with a cherry 🍒 on the top. 💖💖💖💖💖💖
Well well well these two authors have done it again, with another fantastic read. The final story in the Broderick saga concludes with Neve's story though all the family are included within the book. Noah has the job of finding Neve, and when he eventually does well what can I say. I do not wish to give anything away as it needs to be read without any spoilers. I will say that this this book has it all the full rollercoaster of emotions. I loved it. It is always a bitter sweet moment when you reach the end of a series. However I am sure that these two very talented ladies will surprise us with something new and just as fabulous.
The final book in the series is out now and I’m sad that it’s over. I really got to love these “Brothers “ and the heroines that brought them down or almost down 😅 The fallen is probably my favourite in the series. Not sure why and how but I loved all the chase and push and pull between them. The chemistry was so much more than I expected and the change of heart fight to actually believe that he deserved to be loved, was so good. This is definitely a series that I will recommend for any romance lovers. Suspenseful, intriguing and hot. That’s how I would summarise it.
The finale of The Broderick Saga was fitting in every way...Neve and Locke's story...didn't disappoint...kept me reading and then being sad the book was finished, as was this series. Not only do we have Neve and Locke's tale but we see more of the siblings and their interactions with their partners and between themselves. I love the family but Ivy kind of drove me a bit scatty at times! Charlotte E Hart and Rachel De Lune skillfully wove this story, pulling all the threads together, so that everything fell in to place at the right time and left me wanting MORE! MUST READ book and series!
This story was soooo, worth waiting for! This is an epic romance, wrapped up in a murder mystery, with a great big scoop of family drama!
All the Broderick's are featured in this conclusion! This family has really come full circle. With all the drama and accusations you would have thought that this family would never get along. It is captivating to read a story that can bring the most fractured family back together.
This saga has been freakin' amazing! Noah and Neve's book wraps to the series, a murder mystery with plenty of fingers pointing everywhere. It's been a hard road, with snippets of fun, but as all the Broderick family comes together, will they emerge victorious? I've come to know all the couples throughout the stories, and I've fallen fur them all so hard! Loved it!
The Fallen is the final book in the Broderick Saga. It is full of action and drama. Neve has been a mystery from book 1 and her story did not disappoint. Add Locke into it and everything unravels just to fall into place. The Fallen wraps up the family story and a nice finish.
Yes! What an ending to what has been a thrilling, riveting series. Each book in the series is spectacular and my hopes were high for The Fallen - I was not disappointed. The elusive and mysterious Neve has met her match with Noah. The chase, the secrets and the peeling back the layers of their lives, was mesmerising. Together with the treats and the unravelling of past secrets, this story answered all the questions and delivered a whole lot more! And the epilogue - just going to say that it was the perfect ending.
Neve is at the scene of their father's murder. With blood on her hands she disappears. Landon has no choice other than to contact the man who discreetly works for him. Locke is on Neve's trail. Both being somewhat of computer geeks it starts the game of cat and mouse. He's impressed with her attempts to avoid him. The tables have turned and Neve realizes she needs Noah's help. Once again the tables have turned since they've stepped over the line. Evil is lurking in the shadows waiting for the perfect opportunity to destroy the Brodericks.
This is an epic romance, wrapped up in a murder mystery, full of family drama added. This is a great series. This story pulled me in from the very start tell the very ending. This story has a little of mystery and has all the siblings in this story. This was wroth the wait to read.
The Fallen by Charlotte E Hart and Rachel De Lune is book 4 in The Broderick Saga. This is the story of Neve Broderick and Noah Locke. I have read the previous books which did add to my enjoyment of this one. Neve has always seem to feel on the outside of her powerful family. The previous book set her up to be accused of something she didn't do, so she on the run. Locke is a dark man who hasn't had life easy but as Landon's right hand man in fixing things...which of course has made him a rich man. So when he is asked to track down Landon's sister Neve and he finds her she tries to bargain with him. But he doesn't need anything from her but herself. Neve is working to clear her name and wants Neve assistance, so she offers him what she has...herself. I have been crazy about this series and this book just added to my crazy. I can't wait to read more from these two authors!
Merged review:

The fourth book in this series features Neve and Noah and is the culmination of this incredible storyline! Neve is on the run from a killer, one who has just murder her father right in front of her making it look like she did it to everyone else! Now, as she’s running for her life and has no idea where to go next, her brother sends Noah after her to hunt her down. Once Noah finds her they strike a deal to try to find the real killer and as the danger intensified around them, so does their passion for each other. But she’s a Broderick princess and he’s a lowly Locke. How could they ever make a relationship work outside their carefully constructed bubble they’ve been hiding in? When things blow up in the face, decisions must be made, truths realized. What will become of this couple? The other couples in this saga? Oooooh you’re going to have to read to find out, but man, I LOVED this entire series so much!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Usually when a book series ends I still have questions. I do not with this one. The Broderick family was nicely wrapped up.
Noah was hired to find out who and why someone was after the Broderick family. People have ended up dead and kidnapped and no one knows why it's happening. Neve has been MIA from her family for a few weeks now and when she finally is seen it's not under favorable circumstances. Due to something she may or may not have done Landon directs Noah to find out where she went and bring her back for questioning.
Once Noah find Neve and she tells her side of the story he has to decide what he is going to do with her. To make sure that he doesn't take her back to her family she makes him an offer that he can't refuse.
Neve had quite the cliffhanger from the last book. She is on the run and trying to prove to her family that she is innocent of shooting her father. Noah Locke is in Landon Broderick’s debt, and takes care of hacking and investigating. Noah is looking for Neve, and is impressed with her ability to hide and also her own mad computer skills. Neve eventually gets caught by Noah and convinces him to help her find the real killer. I loved how all the storylines from the 3 other books came together! I love the other characters and the great storytelling, but I didn’t get the spark between Neve and Noah. And his brother’s reason for conviction was a no go in the sympathy department. A good ending to the series.

This book finally gave me the answers I was looking for. Love happens fast with these characters but it works for the story. I enjoyed Neve and Noah the best.
Loved that the epilogue was broken down so that each character could have their ending since the previous books had ending segwaying into the different character's stories. Since this was a culmination of everyone, I thought it was fitting.
I'm glad I toughed out the first book. I might even reread it now that I understand why the endings were written like they were and not unfinished like I thought.
This dream team definitely saved the best for last, and that's saying something since the whole series has been LEVELED UP! Neve is a woman on the lam with a vicious man on her tail. She feels like she got herself into the mess so she's going to get herself out of it, and frankly, I was laughing hard when she put Noah (vicious man) through the paces when she got the drop on him more than once. It came to the point that they decided to pair up because she needs help, and he's secretly impressed with how smart she is. They definitely have chemistry in spades, but moreso, this man not of her world is going to help save her. The twists are definitely coming in hot as the whole mystery rolling through the series is ready to be solved, the secrets are revealed, all betrayals are in the light, and maybe just maybe all will be well for this family. To see how Noah & Neve pan out (not to mention the whole family), you'll have to hit those one click buttons. As for me?! I'm going to read all four books all over again one after the other because I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Fallen is the 4th book in The Broderick Saga Series and is the conclusion in this series. This is Noah Locke and Neve Broderick’s, the youngest sister's turn for her story to be told. This book also covered all the sibling’s updates which was great!
No cliffhanger with this story since it is the conclusion and we get our HEA!
Neve has had a falling out with her family. She is in trouble and she is in hiding. Noah works for Neve’s brother Landon. He has been sent on a mission to find her and bring her home. Neve says she isn’t guilty and as Noah starts to fall in love with her he is starting to believe her.
It was great to read Neve’s story. She and Noah had a great chemistry together.
The Muse - Persephone Broderick and Scott Foxton The Lawyer - Landon Broderick and Willow Etherington The Writer - Ivy Broderick and Blake Rhodes The Fallen - Neve Broderick and Noah Locke
I was very kindly offered an Arc of this story in exchange for an honest and unbiased review and I have given it 5 stars.
The Fallen is Neve and Noah's story and the final installment in The Broderick Saga.
Neve has always been a bit too shy, a bit too aloof for me and to be honest I wasn't sure if her story was going to do much for me but move over Landon there is a new bad boy in town!!
Noah is everything!! He's smart, sexy and dark as hell.
This story packed one hell of a punch as secrets and lies are revealed , along with murder and mayhem galore.
Neve and Noah are smokin' and quite possibly my new favourite couple.
As with all the books The Fallen was amazing and I am a little sad to see it end.
The Fallen. Book 4 in The Broderick Saga. Neve, the hacker, the one with all the secrets and the person that knows a little of something that’s been going on around Tallington. So when Locke is sent to find her he gets so much more than he’s bargaining for. He’s hard and unforgiving, she’s soft and compassionate. Will it work? You’ll have to read their story and find out.
This was an amazing end to a fantastic series and I’m so sorry to see it end! For the whole month I binge read these books, one after another because I needed more of the Brodericks. I’m so sad to see it end but the epilogues oh wow, I’m so in love. Each couple had their own and they were PERFECT!
So if you need a series that’s intriguing, full of suspense, loveable characters, lots of hotness and storylines you want to get lost in, then these books are you. Go grab them and do what I did, BINGE on the Brodericks. You won’t be disappointed! ❤️
This story, “The Fallen” is the conclusion to a well written and exciting series. I think this is one of the best series to come out this year. Neve Broderick finds herself in much trouble and disappears from her family. Her brother sends Noah Locke to find her. Noah finds her and over time believes her story about her innocence involving a family scandal. Both characters have a strong attraction and face challenges together. Charlotte E Hart and Rachel De Lune have written a series that has exciting chemistry, suspense as well as family secrets. This final story wraps up the ending quite nicely. I loved how they left you satisfied and concluded this series knowing the direction the siblings take. Well done and must read!
I’ve enjoy this series so far but this book is now my most favorite out of the series. I loved Noah and Neve so much. There is so much more to Neve than anyone knew. It was also nice to see Neve one up Noah. The culmination to the series is glorious. I highly recommend this series.
