Hopefully that's what Anita does - just rolls the total number of dice needed and slots them in order of the requests + number of dice per player. Anyway, that's I'm going with so there are your rolls! LOL!

I am off to a Library Board Meeting-so FYI I won't be updating the "behind the scenes" Master board today, which means that no update can/will be posted here until at least tomorrow morning (and remember, Anita is off on holiday and won't be updating regularly again until Monday).

Today was the earliest of the next few days that I'll be around to do a roll. Sunday may be similar timing.

I have "Flicker in the Dark" on my gameboard, Amy. It's #14. Unfortunately I had to use a swap on it since the holds list was waaaaay long at the Library.

I just wanted to take the opportunity that the timing will be a bit wonky while it's me doing it!

I was going to check special rolls, but to be honest, because I have not followed close enough to see what I'd be combining for those only rolling 1 die, I think I'll just leave that to Anita (or yourselves) to figure out!

Of those who rolled 2 dice, though, I see that Jen has a special roll:

6-5: You must read a book that's on someone else's board and NOT on your own before you may roll again. (extra note here: you may read the book you land on first and then read the other person's book, or vice-versa. So two books must be completed before you re-roll).

Since I haven't had this kind of special roll before, I don't know if I still read the book that is one space away (my last roll) or if I am supposed to request a new roll?

Cindy!!!! I am ready for a clerk level roll! Halfway through my actual, 69, although I do need to read another twisted mystery before I can actually move on. But I do want to see where this lands me. I am a lady who likes to plan, and one who likes to see things moving forward and progressing.

Robin, continue your board, as it does not effect you personally. You read what you rolled. I will alert Anita that you need a special roll of your 3-1 and she will administer it when she returns.

I was hinting at that with the "Clerk Level" Request, but yes - the two dice that get me closer and closer to the drivers seat of what appears to be the fourth or fifth train on the tracks.

Am I mistaken, but don't you need to be halfway through your second book before requesting your next roll?

ETA: Oh, your other book is not for the game! (I reread your note.) Sorry for misunderstanding. I won't be doing the rolls until I get home from volunteering mid-this afternoon, anyway. (Likely closer to late-afternoon for those on the East Coast.)
