The Seven by Chris Hammer.It's the third in his DS Ivan Lucic and DC Nell Buchanan series and a cracker. Currently only published in Australia but I expect it will be available elsewhere next year as he is such a good writer.

I finished Whalefall by Daniel Kraus and was surprised how deeply this heart wrenching story touched me. 4 Stars My Review.
I'm not a huge fan of horror and after reading this, I don't really consider it "horror". There are two stories of survival going on here, and it's the boy Jay's emotional, heartbreaking story stemming from a dysfunctional father/son relationship that spoke to me. I couldn't put it down.
I read Death Writes by Andrea Carter It is an Irish cozy mystery and book 6 in a series that can be read as stand alones, but I have been reading them in order.
