Here's my review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...

I’ve had reading lights before but they were mostly a bit cumbersome or unreliable and fairly quickly ended up in a drawer.
I was convinced to give these new ones a try. I’ve been using them for a while now, so I thought I’d offer an honest opinion.
What I really like about the Glocusent LED Neck Reading Light:
• It’s very light (128g) so you barely notice you’re wearing it.
• The arms are very flexible so you can aim the lights where you want.
• The lights easily light up the whole double page of a trade paperback
• The unit charges via a USB-C cord so there’s no messing with dead batteries. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge.
• When fully charged it lasts between 8 hours (torch bright) and 76 hours (perfect for night-time reading). depending on the colour and brightness you choose.
• It offers three different colours of light so you can decide what’s easiest on your eye or suits your needs or the conditions.
• Each colour of light can be set to three levels of brightness.
• You can set the timer to go off after 30 minutes.
• LED means little or no heat generated
• It would be great for travelling: light, compact, easy to charge, long lasting
• Use for hands free work that needs light, needlework, knitting…
• Use to illuminate when you don’t want to turn the houselights on
What I like less about the LED Neck Reading Light:
• I haven’t come across anything so far.
Here's me using it for my bedtime read:

Couldn't help myself with a pastiche review or rather I twisted all of the book's metaphors into a review. Not sure whether being able to use the metaphors like that makes them more profound or more hollow.

I rarely gush over books, so when I do, you bet that book will be a beloved read for a long time if not a lifetime. Read this book!

It is the kind of story that won't appeal to all readers, but I found it highly thought-provoking.
