You have already used your combo with my shelf, I have this recorded as 10.3 with Krista's shelf (thus completing your 10.3 combos).
Also, the link for 10.8 you included goes to a newsletter not a podcast episode so it does not qualify, but this book does qualify for 10.9.
Bottom line, no change in score, just juggling things a bit. :)
