I'm currently reading The Hobbit and I have to say I'm enjoying so far. I'm not quite sure if The Hobbit is considered Children's lit or YA.
I'm reading
, which is slightly on the young side of YA fiction, but I'm genuinely enjoying it and I look forward to the rest of the series.
I've also got
set aside to re-read, but that's adult fiction and will come after the March BOTM for this group :)

I've also got

I just finished
. SO creative and whimsically written. Looking forward to reading the second and third books in The Wednesday Tales...after the March BOTM, of course ;)

Who doesn't love the Hobbit. At any age :)

A very good point Kay LOL. Hmm, Defiance looks interesting. I particularly like the book cover and it's always nice reading books with strong female characters :D

Just finished. Loved it. It's a trilogy but that was quite satisfying so I might bask in its aftermath and go back to it latter on :)
Romance and action fix satisfied what next????
Just finished the BOTM.
Moving on to the second novels in two book series that I'm reading:
from the Selection series.
from the Wednesday Tales

Happy reading :)
Done The Selection Now I'm going to start The Fellowship of the Ring and heading on to my other graphic novel Suicide Squad, Vol. 5: Walled In and also looking forward to checking out the next April BOTM book!
I've just started
. This is the second book I've read by Neil Gaiman (though this one was co-authored by Michael Reaves) and I'm liking how unique the wakadu universe is in this book.
Has anyone else read anything by Gaiman? I've read
and I've seen the Mirrormask movie. Is everything that Gaiman writes in a fascinatingly wonky style in alternative worlds/universes? I'm curious.

Lord of the rings trilogy still My favourite. Gripping, action, tears, love. Before the movies people would say enjoy the journey. Like it was a secret club of those who knew. ;) great one to read aloud. My partner and I read the whole lot to each other passing the book back and forth when we couldn't read fast enough. So basically ENJOY! :)

Thanks Kay! I can see how they would be good books to read aloud. Tolkien was a fantastic storyteller:) I'm really enjoying the first one and while I am a big fan of the movies I'm quite stunned at how different the books are from them.
I've never read Beautiful Disaster so I don't know if it is or not, but I just did a quick online search and lots of people classify it as young adult, so I'm gonna say it is :D Sometimes it's hard to know in what categories some books land.

Hi again, Kay!
What do you think of "The Girl Who Fell: The Story of Chess Raven" so far?
I just finished "Girl in Pieces" and I have to admit that I feel a little messed up from it. It was very good but definitely a difficult read. I'm reading our book of the month and listening to "The Sun is Also a Star" audiobook at the moment.
