Ugh nevermind, apparently it's more than changing a hose - you had to drain and flush radiator and put in coolant mix, and that sounds beyond us after all. We'll have to get a mechanic lol
Yeah I was wondering if it would affect other things. Sounds like a mechanic is the safer bet if neither of you is comfortable with that kind of work.
Yeah, the radiator is pretty important and I don't want to risk all that over a hose!
I had planned several P's previously with the series I'm reading for this week, but doesn't fit current words on spreadsheet right now, so I am going to add in: Pepsi - this fits in for books over 500 page count, and works for children to give us a variety on clients served. Have books that make this complete, adding now and trying to think of the books I have read this week and where they'll fit.And who doesn't love soda sometimes? :D It's only minumum one word but we can add later to it if we have extra books - maybe cherries, or cherry syrup, or ice?
I am the worst person for remembering characters names after I've read a book.
Looks like we have Latte finished, I added a few to that existing word. I had to pull up my actual book to remember some of these character names, argh. Pepsi is done except for the "I" so far, but as a special drink will have to be filled with a book that is 500+ page count. I have some planned this month so if not filled by someone else, it's doable.

Right, though? At least last time it was maintenance with the brakes and rotors, and headlight replacement, but this is actual repair - again.

Created a couple more meals. Just so everyone is aware we are getting to the halfway point on the book cap. I do need a lemon to finish a fish and chips.

They can't be used for any of the desserts or drinks unless they are 500 pages hahaha
Yeah, 80 books isn't hard to reach between all of us. I definitely won't put in smaller books for this challenge under 200 just in case as not needed as much.
My latest book has a bunch of herbs and foods and drink in it - do we need anything specific? Stephanie, did you get your lemon?
I added a book but will place it later in spell it outs. It's a larger book so will work for 12 but don't think it has much food in it. We need more words on the spreadsheet. Only thing left for spell it out is an E and an I (for Pepsi). Don't have time to look through my book in detail right now for obscure character names but should have those covered.Holding off on adding other finished books for the time being for larger page counts of over 400

I have had a fairly BAD week this past week and been a little busy. But I will finish what I have before time runs out. : )
I am writing the DQs for tomorrowI am behind on adding books. had to read 5 books in two days for harry potter. Football is 5 days a week now for my son and somehow in here I accidentally got a new dog... Also having a major network security assessment at work.

I'm behind too!!! YASSS!!! Lots of reading for Harry Potter lol. I'm glad I didn't commit to a position after the week I've had. My dog passed away last Friday. I was house/dog sitting that weekend as well. The owner came home Sunday, had been home about 20 mins, and her boyfriend hit one of her dogs and she had to put it to sleep. AWFUL experience. So I'm OVER all the trauma.
Congrats on your new fur baby : ) UGGHHH on the assessment at work. Hopefully it goes smoothly.

Yes no kidding, work has had me swamped. My car was has been down for over 2 weeks now, we will probably end up bringing it in this upcoming Monday.On the plus side out local library is having its yearly friends of the library book sale and my mom is going to bring me up there. We're going to try their new cheesecake/coffee cafe when we're at it and I'm going to clock out for a lunch break for it.
Adding the last large book I read now. Finished the I for Pepsi, now starting a Champagne for it
I put an E in "Breve" so that work is complete, and used the book to finish Champagne. Added that with finished Pepsi to the meals complete sheet.
Added in 5 of my completed books and made some meals. We currently have 4 partial meals:
45 - Fish and Chips with Vinegar - need lemon and vinegar
48 - Special - need 2 more ingredients
49 - Pasta - need 4 more ingredients
50 - Curry - need 7 more ingredients

Oh yikes we ARE getting to the end of the month.
I'll add some more of my read books since we can go up to 80 and aren't close to it yet with a few days left. Also, I may lose power from hurricane so not sure yet
I used some of my books to make a Mint Iced Coffee with Cream and put the completed meal on the tab.Didn't read many other "big books" this month. Will check back on the last day and see if others have added theirs to make to 80, if not I can add more that I read to fill in
Why are a bunch of my words missing again? I honestly don't have the time to keep filling out this spreadsheet to have my work keep disappearing.
I do not get why any tracking sheet editing would erase work that people have done.
I'm going to bow out of this. I am dealing with too much, and this is a lot of work for me to do. I will remove my books. Sorry. I was really excited, but this is adding too much stress.
I play challenges for fun. This challenge just isn't fun for me. It has become more work than it is worth

I haven't removed anyone's. I only added some to the bottom where there were blanks. I saw you had some books listed without words right above mine. If anything was removed , I didn't do it, I swear!
It's fine. I am just done. I messaged the mods. I don't have it in me to keep word searching. I spend about 20+ minutes per book to ensure I can get maximum points for the best words, and I don't have it in me to keep redoing it
Understood! It is a time consuming challenge.
I don't know why or how they go missing. I never removed anything just did some reargument for point efficiency.
Not sure , maybe a spreadsheet glitch?

Unfortunately I had a semi stresssful work day and drove to gas station, planning to go treat myself to Starbuck, and found my car was sending off tons of white smoke under the hood. Looks like I have a cracked radiator hose, so now I am without a car until get that changed out - ugh.
