The book was released between 2018-2019. It was in English. The MC is a teenager - one of the boys trained. He decides that he has enough of this system in their society and decides to do everything in his power to stop this, but it may be dangerous. The cover was red and on the front there was silhouette of a boy leaning over a balcony looking around. At the back there were black stairs.
I think the author may be female.
