Mix gorgonzola with cream cheese, cover Prunes in the mix and roll them in cracker crumbles.

SardMelon Noodles Salad

We made a Sardines and Watermelon Salad on a bed of Zucchini Noodles. For extra delicious flavour, we added Tofu and Pepper Jack Cheese on the top and we seasoned it with Oil, Salt, Pepper and a touch of Honey for some extra sweet flavour.

Our Entrée is completed.

We made Grilled Pork Loin with a Beer and Mustard Glaze and a blackberry-red wine sauce. We're serving it with delicious garlic bread.

We marinated the Pork Loin with a mix of mustard, vinegar, honey, bran flakes, garlic, onions, sugar, salt and beer and grilled it. For the blackberry-red wine sauce we added blackberries, red wine, butter, onions, lemon juice, salt and pepper to a pot and let it simmer. At last we mixed some minced garlic with softened butter, coated the bread with the mix and put it for a few minutes in the oven.
