I think I have a few books that may work for paintings. The first is
The cover layout is a play on Modrain's color blocks. I'm not sure if this would work for the mini though as it isn't the classical styles noted in the link. Those are more pre-Impressionalist through Impressionalism. This is more of the Modernist era of art.
The other is
the cover art is a classic English garden hedge maze which would have been featured in classical paintings. I do also have
on my TBR which has the soft focus and landscape based cover art that would have been featured in a classical painting, the couple wouldn't have been a focus, but I wasn't sure how closely we needed to stick to actual paintings. Let me know if any of these would work and I'll add them to tracking.
I'm finishing A Not So Meet Cute now, and will be starting The Paris Apartment next.

I also finished The Paris Apartment which is set in France. That should be posted as well.
I'm reading book by Meghan Quinn which could be used for the Q in the Mini or for a country. The book I'm reading is set in Germany.
I should finish that book by Friday.
I still have The Guest List for a country and Suspicion for a Fantasy painting.

Maggie is there any chance that either Kiss and Don't Tell or My Best Friend's Ex have a W character. Our 2s are in hands with draw 2s and skips and I don't think I can move what we currently have to fit. Jessica Big Little Lies doesn't have a W character does it?
If someone else sees something please let me know. I have a cold and I'm not at 100% so I could easily be missing something.

If we do not have the five books setting and 3 books for painting we will only get points for one and no extra points. Are there any of the color cover books that have W characters or a set in one of the countries we can use? Are there any of the books currently used for a W that would work for one of our countries?
I finished a book with a classical painting cover, I will post it tomorrow. I am also finishing a book that has a W and black cover. I'm trying to look for books that are set in other countries.

Based on the description some of this book is set in the US. For the setting the books can not have any part of them that take place in Canada, USA, England, Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately we can't use this book.
We only get five bonus points and we already have them. So all we need now are the 5 books that take place not in: Canada, USA, England, Australia and New Zealand.None of the book can take place in one of those countries.
