She rolled a 3. "Dang it," she said and looked at him.

((the pawn thing))
She rolled and got a 10. She made it to the Conservatory and accused Mr. Green with the dagger. She looked at him to see if he had any of the cards.
She rolled and got a 10. She made it to the Conservatory and accused Mr. Green with the dagger. She looked at him to see if he had any of the cards.

She sighed and said she had none of the cards, not knowing if he was trying to trick her and rolled, got a 5 and was in the hallway.

She sighed again and said she had Mustard. She put her hand out for a second just wanting to squeeze his before continuing, trying to show him she was at peace with her mind.
She takes a deep breath and they continue the game, marking off until one of them thinks they won. Skylar is close and she's trying hard to have her poker face on. She's still holding his hand, playing with the other.

She gasps, hoping to God that he's wrong. She had Scarlet and the library but she hadn't figured out the weapon. It was in between the rope and the pipe. She holds her breath as his hands reach for the envelope. "I reallllly hope you're wrong." she says smiling.
She falls backwards, dramatically. "Dang ittttttttt."
"YESSSS!" she yells, laughing. "I just needed the weapon!!"
She smiles and says, "ugh I thought you were badddd," squeezing his hand.
She shakes her head, still feeling a bit off with him, a little awkward and unsure from earliers fight.

Skylar immediately looks at Lillian, thinking about everything she had told her. She hoped she had given her less food. She didn't know if she could stomach it, her stomach flipping, more nervous to be around all of them again, after last time and yk the whole fight. She loved how she called them "kids" as if Skylar was one of her own. She looks at Liam, scared, out of her depth.

Skylar squeezed his hand even tighter, some of the pressure coming off. There was still some though, she was still experiencing heavy guilt.
She followed him, nervous again for the meal.

Skylar sits down with a pleading look in her eyes at Liam. She doesn't like how dependent she is on him, but she needs him like she needs air to breathe.

She covers her hands with her face and whispers, "I wish I could just be normal, not like this every time food is presented." she looks up at him and says, "I'll eat whatever." sounding weak and scared.

She sees him, concentrated on their food and sees that he made hers smaller. "Thank you," she whispers, knowing he knows what she means.
So, she sat, one hand holding on to his tightly, the other one forcing unwanted sustenance down her throat. Oh the things she did for him.
She had eaten more in this day then she had for the past few years. She feels a tear making its way down her face, trying to ignore it, hoping Lillian and Liam don't notice.

Lillian smiled and walked out, letting them eat in privacy.
She took a deep breath and smiled at him, loving how he didn't make a big deal out of it. When Lillian smiled and walked out, she started laughing saying, "She definitely saw that, didn't she?'
She shakes her head, shocked from the sudden mood change. His face, the side that she had smacked at least, was back to normal color and she kissed his cheek lightly, not wanting to cause another problem, still feeling like she was walking on eggshells with him.
"I know you do," she says teasing, and then seriously, "I love you too always, no matter what happens or how stupid I act. Even if I scream at you, or God forbid, hit you again, I love you. I'll love you forever. And I know I'll mess up and there'll be more fights, but I'll still love you. You're my forever Liam Peterson."

Her heart is pounding, and she knows he means it. And she hates that she feels like she can't kiss him. It's a wall that was put up by him that'll stay with her, probably forever, for their entire relationship. She just smiles instead, screaming on the inside, willing herself not to care nor cry.
She wants to kiss him. Really bad. She also wants to pull away, but doesn't, because he was at least courteous enough to ask. She tries to keep her breathing in check as she tries to say yes in a regular voice.
She dares not to move, knowing her body will betray her if she closes the gap. She whispers, "It's okay, really. Do it."
She keeps her emotions down, kissing him politely back. She doesn't trust him enough to let herself be herself.
