January 2022 Group Read Nominations!

It's time to nominate some books for us to read in January! Can you believe it's already 2022? It's a new year, and I'm going with a theme:

Coming of Age Horror: Girls becoming women, boys becoming men, and all the horrors that those things can entail.

Since I'm a member of HA, I've never ever seen a Bizarro book nominated for a group read so I'm gonna do it this time :-)

Quicksand House
It is Bizarro so cannot be qualified as coming of age per se but still it kinda fits with the theme ! (And it's one of my all time favorites, so... ^^)

Boy's Life is my favorite book of all time, but we did read that as a group not that long ago.

It doesn’t look like the group has read The Summer I Died by Ryan C. Thomas. Kinda like a lesser known Girl Next Door by Ketchum. Brutal read but a fantastic novel.
