Sorry if it isn't being as nice to you all."
To me as well, I was so scared it ..."
SAME!!

As long as it is a Main Page Genre - it works. I don't care if it has 2 tags or 200 - as long as it is on the main page. 😊

Again?! LOL!
I'll check after dinner, yeah it's a late dinner but we are both dragging from yesterday. Granddaughter wore us out! (Of course, she is fine today! 😂)

Yes, for Engineer - part of the STEM fields.

Absolutely!"
YAY!!! I had put a book down not realizing this was an okay MPG. THANK YOU!

Yes, for Engineer - part of the STEM fields."

Probably, as long as it isn't contradicted somewhere. Please check the author's website as well as the GR author page as well.

I hope to get caught with everything tomorrow. 🤞🏼

Please remember that all tags/lists must qualify IN CONTEXT!! Links MUST be provided.
Don't make more work for yourself than necessary - if the qualifier is in the title or on the cover, use it! You don't have to go searching for tags to make it work. 😊 If the link you use for the book is the same you are using for the page count and edition - say so (see above edition or something similar)! That saves us all some steps. But please double check your links!
You may use separate editions of your Scavenger Hunt books to qualify for the different tasks. Links MUST be provided.
L is for Ladle - Read a book set in the food industry or featuring a MC that works in the food industry.
To qualify for this task, the title, series title, precis, tags or lists need to indicate that the book is set in the food/beverage industry or a main character works in the food/beverage industry. Settings such as restaurants, bakeries, bistros, bars, coffee shops, breweries or wineries will work. Occupations such as chef, baker, waiter/waitress, bartender, barista or restaurant owner will also work. For this task, farmers, ranchers, etc will not be accepted.
L is for Lamp - Read a book with a light source on cover - light, sun, lamppost, candle, fire.
To qualify for this task, the book's cover needs to show a light source as described above. A beam of light, sunlight through a window or sun rays will not be enough - the source needs to be on the cover. However the sun does not need to be the distinct circle like we all drew it as children, it does need to be clear that the sun is on the cover though. For this task, the moon will be considered a light source.
L is for Large - Read a book with a first edition Kindle page count of 300 or over.
To qualify for this task, the selected book needs to have a first edition Kindle edition 300 pages or over.
L is for ??? - ???
To be revealed when the date begins.

Yes. I guess since bars are allowed nightclubs should be too. 😊

Would neon lights work? (Titles are in neon lights)

What about lights from a building? you can see that lights are on in the building...

Or lights inside a building?

No, a hotel owner or worker is not going to work. I've been in WAY too many without restaurants or dining rooms to know they don't always cross!

Would neon lights work? (Titles are in neon lights)

Had to do a little research on this before answering. In this example, the title is just a font - so no that would not work. If there were neon signs or something similar on the cover, that would work.

Devour (Unbreakable Bonds, #4) by Jocelynn Drake "
Generic answer, lights inside a building would not work - you can't see the light source. That is basically the same as sunlight through a window that I used in my explanation of what would not work. For this book though, there is a stadium in the lower right corner and you can see the lights from that - note I said lights, not light. You can see the lights - so that cover would work.
Now, I'll let my fanaticism show a little bit here, if for example the book's cover clearly showed a lamp shining through a window like the lamp that is always on in Walt Disney's apartment above the fire station in Disneyland - that would work, because you can see the source of the light.

Goal Lines & First Times (CU Hockey, #3) by Eden Finley "
If the cover shows a light source - whether inside or outside of a building/cave/whatever - it would work. In your example it appears to be the inside of a hockey arena and the lights are clearly visible so it works.

Awesome. Thanks for the clarification!

Magical fire would work for Lamp - just needs to be shown on the cover.

If the MCs meet in a bar in the precis, will that be enough to qualify?
***edit***
I've also found a tag 'job-barista-waiter' so I guess it qualifies...
