Duration: January 1 – January 31, 2022

As we move forward into the new year, let's commit to improving our health and happiness by taking care of our minds and bodies. Each prompt represents a small resolution that can help us to refresh and reset, so we can be our best selves. You may read fiction or nonfiction to meet the prompt requirements. 2. Eat well. Read a book on healthy eating, a book with a character or author who is in any food service role, or a book with food or drink on the cover.
