Let's just start off with saying that Will treats his friends horribly - yeah, his ✨tragic backstory✨ was revealed in the second book of TID, as if that's supposed to make up for the way he treats others. I feel bad for Will and he actually grew on me during the third book, but in the first two, he's so irritating. He's brash and rude and talks back to people for no reason.
Oh, and there's a certain emphasis on his gorgeous eyes, which I couldn't care less about
