Finished the last couple of Fafhrd & the Gray Mouser books (Swords and Ice Magic and The Knight and Knave of Swords) and decided to mix things up with some SF: Alastair Reynolds's Aurora Rising.

I didn’t finish any books in July. I don’t remember the last time I didn’t finish any books in a month, but I have been reading some big books, so it’s understandable. I did just finish The Spirit War, which was good, but I felt like it took me forever to finish, so I’m taking a break from this series. I just started The Sheep Look Up.
Heh, well it didn't take long before I decided to DNF The Sheep Look Up. I just couldn't get past all the sexism, racism and homophobia, so I'm trying something very different. Can't get further away from that book than a Chinese middle grade fantasy called Where the Mountain Meets the Moon.
I finished Cibola Burn the other night. Wow, it was really brutal and I loved it. Might be my favorite so far. I'm pretty obsessed with this series.
I finished Where the Mountain Meets the Moon yesterday. It was a charming Chinese folktale for children. Now back to finishing off Eli Monpress with Spirit's End.
probably biting off more than I can chew: -rereading Words of Radiance -The Raven Tower
-Royal Assassin
-The Sword of Kaigen
-Breath of the Dragon
Just finished The Two Swords by R.A. Salvatore.Tonight will be starting 20000 Leagues Under the Sea by Jules Verne.
Here's what I finished in August.The Spirit War ★★★★
Cibola Burn ★★★★★
Where the Mountain Meets the Moon ★★★★
My August:The Ceremonies ★★★★
Rocket Ship Galileo ★★★
The Leopard ★★★★
The Lady ★★★★
Navigational Entanglements ★★★★
Finally finished Words of Radiance. Took so long, but it was great. Now I'm happy to read something shorter: I'm Afraid You've Got Dragons.
The Robert E. Howard Foundation Press has started releasing its collections as eBooks, so I read Pirate Adventures and started Spicy Adventures.
I am in the process of finishing the First Law Trilogy by Joe AbercrombieIt's length is a little hard work and I have wondered whether some parts are necessary but the dialogue and relationships between the characters is fantastic.
I think my favourite character is Glokta.
Almost finished with The Name of the Wind. Hoping the 3rd book just so happens to come out once I’ve finished with the 2nd. Might be wishful thinking lol 😂
I just finished I'm Afraid You've Got Dragons. Unfortunately, I didn't care for it much.Going to read Vicious now.
I finished Spirit's End the other day, and thus concludes The Legend of Eli Monpress. Now reading The Blood Orchard War Arc. I've never read a litrpg before, so this will be my first. I'm enjoying it so far.
Here are the books I finished in September.Words of Radiance ★★★★★
I'm Afraid You've Got Dragons ★★★
Spirit's End ★★★★
The other day I finished The Blood Orchard War Arc. It was my first time reading a LitRPG. It was OK, pretty funny, but I also got a little bored, so I'm not really interested in continuing. Now reading some horror with Voices in the Snow.
In the last days I finished A Closed and Common Orbit, second book of Wayfarers series. Non bad, but I liked more the first. And today Silver Surfer: L'araldo delle stelle, a collection of comics about silver surfer.
Here's what I finished in October.Nemesis Games ★★★★★
The Blood Orchard War Arc ★★★
The Vital Abyss ★★★★
Vicious ★★★★★
I just finished Voices in the Snow. Similar to other books I read by the author, but still entertaining. I don't feel like continuing the series at the moment though even with a cliffhanger.I'm reading The Lost Apothecary now.
October and November have had a lot going on and I don't seem to be reading as much as I used to. One book finished in November.Voices in the Snow ★★★★
