I was very close to hating the book, I don't know what happened. The premise sounds good and I love friends to lovers story but after 10 pages into the book, I realized the heroine is sooo TSTL. It's like when you are watching a horror movie and telling the heroine don't open the door! It was frustrating too read and the hero too gave caused me frustrations and basically I was facepalming a lot throughout the whole book.

Guys, I am having the hardest time finding a book, that fits all the requirement, either I miss king or I miss umbrella. I am going to keep looking, but if I can't find anything by tomorrow I am probably going to end up reading Magic Bites, hopefully you don't mind Kat! I was going to read it in the next month or two but I really don't want to spend more time looking for a book, I had my last class and final for the quarter and I have so much stuff to catch up on.

The Syrena Legacy trilogy is a fun little read. It's not overly serious and detailed so if you were looking for an amazing read that will strike deep emotions, this is not that book; however, if you were looking for a quick and fun read... this is it.

Review
This is the start of a spin off from the Secret McQueen series. I really loved that series, so was looking forward to this book. I enjoyed it very much. Genie was a lovable heroine and definitely caught her stride by the end. This had action, a start of a romance and some interesting side characters too. Will certainly read book two when it comes out.

Review:This is the second time I have read Magic Bites and it was just as good this time as it was the first. Ilona Andrews, the Husband and Wife writing duo have created such a fun world full of all the things that go bump in the night. Their take on some of the creatures is unique and puts a fresh face on something that is starting to get over done in the Urban Fantasy genre.

The cast of characters is great, I love Kate and all her bad ass glory, and Curran, well hell what's not to love there he's your typical Alpha male but you get to see a little of his soft side too. Derek also gets a favorite mention as well, he's young and has a lot potential to become a great leading man.

Rereading this had brought back all the reason why I love this series and these authors and this series will forever be a favorite of mine.

Review: I almost feel giving this book 2 stars is too much but I tend to reserve 1 star for books I loathe (since zero stars is unrated and there is no negative stars) and while it was completely unenjoyable I wouldn't go that far (there is nothing about it that I recall wanting to rant about- that said it was such a boring book it is possible I just forgot about it...). The characters were unlike and the plot unabsorbing. Overall it was a major letdown.

Another good read by a new author. I was surprised it was such a small book especially for being the first, usually with so many details to impart on the new world and I am left with questions but I am hoping the next book will help answer. Great hero and heroine, although I usually don't pick up alot of urban fantasy, this seems to be a good one.

Review
This is the last Ty and Zane book. I'm pretty sad about that. Ty and Zane are my favourite book couple and absolutely love this series. I must say that Abi gave that a fantastic ending. This had it all. It was full of action, romance, friendship and eventually and happy ever after. I want to read this book again now.

As with most of her books, Kleypas keeps it light and fun. This is the second in a series of stories centering around three brothers who live on a small island in the Seattle area. The setting takes place in present time. The central female character is a glass artist and Kleypas takes you into that subject matter which is interesting. There is a little "magic" involved but only enough to add to the story, not so much as to make it hokey. All in all a very enjoyable read.

Review:This is the first time I have read anything by Katie Reus and I must say that I really enjoyed this book. Alpha Instinct had it all Action, Adventure, A Kick Ass Heroine and Smokin Hot Men. I liked the way she Built up her Shifter world and the politics that were involved. This is definitely a series that I will continue to read and enjoy :)
