I'd love to both read with this group and maybe do buddy reads with people who are interested in a 1-1 buddy reading. I tend to gravitate towards books that make me feel safe, like cosy SFF, or if heavier topics are discussed, I like it for them to be discussed in a mindful and kind way. Currently reading The goblin emperor and Rogue Princess (the first one being more my kind). I recently finished The graveyard book, The last cuentista and Elantris (which was a DNF simply because of timing, not due to lack of enjoyment).
I hope everyone here is doing well and thank you to whoever created this space.
Please look me up if you'd like to buddy read with me! Or just discuss books.

I'm trying to reacquire the habit of reading books after a hiatus and I'm also in this group to read the monthly books and to gather some recomendations.

Here is Sara and I am from Italy. My id on Reddit is u/adruidwholovessun. I came across this group through reddit even though I am not very active there.
I use Goodreads to discover new books, read reviews of books I am interested in, getting to know more people, and participate in buddy reads as well.
Looking forward to nice discussions and reading together :)

My name is Billy, and I'm u/BEC3 on Reddit. I mostly lurk and read discussions, which I do enjoy despite not actively participating. I've been making my way through this year's Book Bingo to expand my reading and occasionally chip away at the big IRL physical TBR pile spread throughout my house. Hoping to be halfway through it by the end of the year, but enjoying it all the same.

I'm totally new to reddit but here's my user: u/Elythrim. Would love to add friends if we have similar tastes so we can share our opinions or maybe do some buddy reads!!
My latest 5 star is "Tress of the Emerald Sea" by Brandon Sanderson and I'm currently reading The Hobbit by Tolkien :)

Welcome, Bianca.
Remember: keep to the rules. Also keep your back to the wall and your eye to the keyhole. watch your hat and coat and stay on the path keeping hands and feet inside the vehicle at all times. Also ignore me I just like to say this sort of thing to newcomers. It's harmless. Probably harmless.
Welcome, again.

I have just joined the group. I recently found the book challenge and thought I would try it. I am also doing the Popsugar challenge. I am u/Leather-Camera-5233 on Reddit.
I am currently reading Witch King and Fireborne.

I love fantasy and scifi, especially stories that delve into ecology!
I'm currently working on my Space Opera (HM) square: Diving into the Wreck by Kristine Kathryn Rusch, a scifi about exploring abandoned ships and "old" technology.

I'm u/YzabellM on reddit.
Trying r/Fantasy Bingo for the first time. Just finished Rythm of War by Brandon Sanderson, and it neatly applied to "Multiple POV" (HM).
I read a lot of Fantasy and sci-fi. But also mystery and romance... I guess I read everything :)
Looking forward to participate in the bookclub.

u/nysanarysa on reddit.
I joined mainly because couple of months ago I had discovered fantasy bingo challenge, in my reading journey I quite enjoy various challenges which help me discover new things to read, sometimes outside of my comfort zone. Now I found the book club and I feel that this is definitely something I want to try.
In regards to what I read, hm, I guess a little bit of everything, fantasy, sci-fi, romance, non-fiction, fiction, good mixture I suppose.
Looking forward to participate in the November discussions.

Participating in my first r/fantasy Bingo and figured I'd catch some friends here along the way. Add me to tune into my 10 word reviews✨

I'm psyched to be working on my second year of bingo! I really enjoyed the light stretch of hunting down the right titles. The challenge made me cut back on my tv watching, which has been pretty great for my mental health since most popular shows lately are so dark: Although real talk I totally forgot about bingo until the end of January this year and scrambled to go through my read shelf to see how many squares I'd already filled. I had about half and then managed to fill out the whole card on hard mode with just a few weeks to spare. I'm going to try to do a whole queer card this year and hopefully also one that's all authors of the global majority, although some of these topics are a bit tricky! Might just have to do half and half. The last one in the series square is going to be hard to fill.
I've already read 71 books this year if I count some novelettes, and I'm really hoping to keep up the pace enough to pass 200, which is something I haven't done in a long time. I used to read a book a day as a kid.
Thanks f!

I’ve been part of the group for a while but haven’t posted 🙈. I love reading, gardening, a bit of cartography and playing RPGs.
The most recent series I’ve read were The Broken Empire and The Riftwar Saga, polar opposites when considering the genre of fantasy - I really enjoy all things otherworldly, magic and made up creatures.
I’m currently reading book 4 in Malazan Book of the Fallen and book 2 of the Riyria Revelations. The 2 last series in my TBR pile then I’m onto reading with some groups 😁.
My absolute favourite book is a hard one, I would probably gravitate towards The Name of the Wind - but anything in the Stormlight Archive (or that grander cosmere gets me really excited).
Speak to you all soon.
