SOLVED. Girl who sees a different version of herself in the mirror. [s]

A young adult or teen novel and it is about this girl who I'm pretty sure is depressed. When she looks in the mirror she can see a different version of herself. I'm pretty sure they can talk and I think the switch and live each others lives for a bit..I can't remember the cover..sorry I know there is not much to go on

Do you remember anything about the cover image?
When they switch places, does she enter a different place/time?

I read this around two years ago. When I try to remember the cover it was dark bluish and hazy or foggy. There was a mirror but I'm not sure what else. When they switch its the same time and place its just different circumstances and events
