I have all four books I need to read. Three of them were available through KU (how nice) and I purchased Audrey's book for the whopping price of 1.22 Canadian, which is only 0.97US.No need to send me pdfs, etc. I'm set.

Quick message for all of you who are reviewing Ian's book.The version currently uploaded to Amazon is only 39 pages long, but he has submitted the full version and awaiting that update. If you have purchased it, you should be able to delete it and redownload the full version when it's available at no further cost. If that's not the case or if you haven't purchased it, Ian will send you a copy of the full version, just PM him with your email address.

Even if you have been participating for ages, please refresh yourself on the rules for this group.
We have been experiencing several issues and instances of rule-bending and breaking in this group as a whole. This behaviour isn't going to be tolerated and anyone doing this risks being refused a place in future rounds if it continues.
Your moderators work voluntarily and do not need to be dealing with adverse situations on a regular basis. It's a labour of love, but if it stops being that there will be no moderators!
Please remember that we are all authors and readers here and should treat each other in an honest and respectful way.

A quick message to anyone seeing reviews popping up already and worrying that they haven't done theirs. The first round deadline isn't until Sept. 15th.We have a total of 12 weeks to finish and review all four of our assigned books, taking us into November. I will be here with you to the bitter end. So, don't panic.
Some people read fast and some want to join other rounds still forming.

Not quite done. I still haven’t heard from J.C. with regards to sending them a review copy. Has anyone else had contact?
I sent J.C. a PM on Aug. 26th, asking whether he needs a copy of my book. No reply.
I'm currently reading J.C.s book. I haven't heard from him but I also didn't reach out to him because his book is available with KU.

Thanks, JE, Laura, Audrey and Cam,I've tried to contact JC too and heard nothing back so far. However, we have two weeks to go before the first round deadline, so hopefully, we will hear from him before then.

This link will be on your email confirming the review, just click to go to it then make sure you shorten it (take out the letters ref and anything after that). Alternatively, you can find it from the book page by going to the reviews. Sort by most recent and click on the bold title of your review. Again once at the page of just your review, shorten it.

As always, let's start with a big thanks to the marvellous E.M. for all her hard work pulling this round together and getting us started. By all accounts, this was a tough one!
As mentioned, some people read fast and get all their reviews done very quickly. As I am never one of those people, I understand how it can feel rather intimidating if you are still on book one. Don't panic, you have 3 weeks per book and I will be with you until the bitter end. I'll pop up the occasional reminder that a round is coming to an end etc. ANY problems please PM me.
Feel free to pop up your Goodreads review link before the Amazon one has been approved, but when the Zon one comes in, please post a separate message - I don't get notifications for edits and won't know to go hunting for it.
When you do post your links they should be to your own review, not the book page. Plus, please shorten the links (always a good practice with any social media anyway). For Amazon take out the word ref and everything after it on the URL, for Goodreads the ? and everything after that. Press enter and you'll see your review still pops up (always a good test before copying and pasting here). If you need any more detailed instructions on that or finding the review page for your review LMK and I'll pop them up here.
I'm on the east US coast, so bear that in mind when expecting an answer to a PM. I sleep late too!
Lastly, don't believe the rumours ;D I'm a Brit - hence my mix of word spelling between UK/US and if nothing else we are polite!
