Shelly Laurenston/GA Aiken. Anything by her. My favs are
(which are a lot less sexy than the covers portray) but these are the last three (so far) of a 3 series long connected shifter world so may be a bit confusing starting here because of the huge number of characters we meet in the books that all feature in their own ones earlier on.

Caitlin wrote: "So where do I start? I'll add them to my 'to be read' list"You can jump in here, BUT you might find it confusing. If you want to read in order, follow the universe list that I posted.
OR, you could try this standalone (the series was never continued) to see if her humour which is quite polarising works for you.
The style (hilarious, OTT, chaotic, multi POV) is the same but the story is not and this one has much more sex then the Badgers.

Your welcome☺️. I'm set for 10 lifetimes probably🤣, but fire away - mount TBR is supposed to grow forever!
I like Jeaniene Frost series and Deadlocked Desires by Ash Johnson. There are more but I'll leave that so I dont get that pile too high on you

I also love her books shes not too heavy on romance, there is also Alanea Alder with her Bewitched and Bewildered series. I also recommend Jacky May with her Nora Robbert series its an RH slow on the romance but definitely action,
There is also Lynsay Sands and her Argeneau Series and last but not least Kerrelyn Sparks with her Love at Stake Series. All of these are paranormal romance. I hope this helps.

I will second that I've heard good things about the Alanea Alder series but I've not read it myself so can't offer my opinion. Same with these ones (first in series only shown)
I think this was the first LOL UF/UFR that I ever read and she has a ton of other funny series too including the Wyndham Werewolves which interconnect a little with the Undead series. I've not really read much else though. Although this time travel one is a good standalone to test her style with
I mean, the title gives it away! And, it would be remiss of me not to include another of my top 5's TJ Klune.
His Green Creek series is angsty AF with a lot of character dynamics, and action packed, but also has a lot of LOL moments throughout.
And this which I've not yet read is apparently hugely comical and on the absurdist side too and I think is probably on the same LOL level as Shelly Laurenston.I've also read and enjoyed TS Joyce (my shifter novella (KU) favs with a huge backlist of short reads), Celia Kyle (her Ridgeville series and Grayslake series) and Helen Harper (The Lazy Girl's Guide to Magic) and although none of these are LOL in the same way, they definitely have a high level of humour throughout.
And to add in a few standalone that really were the 🤣🤣🤣 and sometimes ❓❓❓ because they are quite absurd
and this last one is free on kobo and kindle.

Thanks! I'll add the m to my list!
Try the Guild Codex by Annette Marie, the first one is „Three Mages and a Marguarita“. There are a few Spin-offs, they have some overlapping plot and characters, but can be read on their own, too. You get humor, slow burn romance and a lot of action!
I love Jeaniene Frost as well!I have an urban fantasy that might interest you. Might be lacking in the funny though. If you can manage to look past funny, it's available on kindle unlimited and amazon.

It's about an earth witch who helps to solve a magical murder, and there's a little (very clean) romance in there as well :) There are no vampires in the first book, but they will be making an appearance later in the series!
Luminous by Kate Sullivan
I really enjoyed the Shadow Falls series by C.C. Hunter. It's got romance, plenty of humor, and it's a six book series with a prequel and off-shoot trilogy. Follows a girl who is a type of paranormal known as a "chameleon," and the cast of characters includes werewolves, vampires, shapeshifters, witches, healers/empaths and fae. I fell in love completely with these books and highly recommend! So fun.
You could also check out my books. They're all steamy fantasy romance. The Prophecy, first book of the series, is the prequel to the story.
Age-Old Enemies is the second book. This one's an enemies to lovers full of werewolves, vampires, demons, and other fantastic creatures.
A Beloved Sin comes next. It's darker than the last one, but still full of love and sexy scenes. It has witches mixed with all the other fantastic creatures from previous books.
The final book of the series will be ready this year. I'm working on it.

Ash Linea Johnson writers magic books with seers, witches, wizards, necromancers, incubi, and more. I just finished her first book and love every minute of it. That one is about an incubus who has trauma from past rape, and a witch who can only cast one type of magic, no attack spells. They hunt down child traffickers while falling for each other.
Based off those, what do you suggest? Also, HUMOR. Humor is a must. To give you an idea:
Jeaniene Frost - "This had better be the right whorehouse." First sentence in the book, gripping and hilarious.
Ash Johnson - "You knuckle dragging swamp cunt, stop throwing fireballs at me!" Same as above.
So suggestions please?
