Its a ya paranormal romance. The MC's parents die in a car crash and she has to break up with her boyfriend ben so that she can got o a school which her uncle insists she goes to. There she meets an immortal and falls in love

The girl lives in California she has a best friend and a boyfriend and her parents died in a car crash she was somehow guided to the bodies like she knew where they were. Hence can sense dead bodies then she is forced to live with her uncle even tho she sorta wanted to live with her BFF.

She will move in with her uncle it's kinda like a mansion and their is this friendly old butler and then she has to go to this boarding school she goes there where the undead kids are there mingling with the alive kids.

Undead kids are kids that were supposed to die but didn't and they practically live forever the school is technically a social experiment to help the undead kids lead normal lives. She has a crush on one of them a very good looking dude. He has lived for a like very long time and they fall in love.
The butler tells her stuff but the staff helps her she starts learning more stuff abt the undead.


Also, the cover is greenish-black and the sequel's cover is white
