I think the boy got in trouble with the law so he has to meet up with this old man every once in a while.
But he meets the man and everybody thinks he is weird because he is homeless. the man collects shiny things he finds in other peoples trash cans. the boy receives a list every day of garbage items to find for the man. The man is building a big art display and it has a theme of "heaven". the title also had the word heaven in it. at the end of the book the man gets hurt and his "heaven display" gets messed up and yadayada it ends up in an art museum.

Mostly to prevent duplicate threads from being created - which happens a lot in this group. But also just for thread management.

Note: All Goodreads members can see all the posts we create in public groups (such as ours). Another standard feature is the shorter threads/topics-you-created summary -- but this view (which is helpful for moderators) is not available if your profile is private.

You can unprivate your profile by setting it to "Goodreads members" only.
