Clean Eating Kitchen: The Low-Carb Mediterranean Cookbook: Quick and Easy High-Protein, Low-Sugar, Healthy-Fat Recipes for Lifelong Health
I don't usually add EW reviews here, but if anyone is interested, I thought this cookbook was really good. I need to be on a low-carb and low-sugar diet, but I'm always trying to find ways to increase my nutrition (and my fiber). This was a good blend of low-carb (not Keto low, just lower than average) and Mediterranean. It looks to have some good recipes.

I finished The Drowning Kind
. I thought it was a good book, but I didn't love it as much as everyone else seems to. I'm not sure if it was due to my expecting a mystery/thriller and getting a paranormal horror. But, I didn't think it was that original and not too much happened. It was interesting enough, but not really great. my Drowning Kind review

And I just added two more, so I'm back where I started. lolMacMillan finally added some audiobooks again, so I had to add couple since I just finished my last audio. I already have the ebook for The Perfect Daughter, but I'm a little behind with my reviews. Now that I have the audio I can listen to it quickly over the next couple of days and still have some time to do my other reading so hopefully I will catch up faster. Of course, The Newcomer publishes May 4th, so I'll probably end up behind with that one now. lol

The publisher emailed me to find out my thoughts and I let them know that because they only provided a protected PDF it was very hard to read on the netgalley app and had since expired so I was going to mark it that way in Netgalley.
So they kindly offered to post me a copy... realised I was in Australia... and managed to find a mobi version. Hooray! Read it on my kindle and reviewed within a few days :)

I finished 2 books and working on 1 of my oldest and my reviews.
I finished my 5th book of the month! I thought The Perfect Daughter was really good, except the ending seemed a little rushed and convenient. Still an interesting story and 4★ book for me.
