Mili (miliness) Hope you enjoy it Monica, personally I loved that trilogy's story as a whole.

Starting part 3: Dreams of Gods & Monsters

Joseph | 1651 comments Finished The Man of Gold -- still just as good as I remember -- and decided it was time for The Goblin Emperor.

I don't mind arriving in the deep end. I did find the first third of the book hard going, but then I couldn't put it down.

Monica wrote: "Been waiting in my library queue quite a while for Royal Assassin...finally my turn. Hope it's as good as the first."

Love Robin Hobb.

TS Chan (tschan) Just finished Deadhouse Gates and I'm emotionally ragged. Very powerful writing from Erikson.

TS, I'm still trying to resist starting, need to get Gemmell in first.

message 107: by Elise (new)

Elise (ghostgurl) | 1028 comments Finished Insurgent the other day. Liked it as much as Divergent. Would have preferred less relationship drama, but the action and twists were great.

Going back to The Speed of Dark now.

I really recommend referring to the Tor.com re-reads after every couple of chapters (that's how the re-read is structured). It definitely helped me along the initial treading in the deep-end. I've finished the 2nd book and it is getting REALLY EPIC.

Ojo (elawnika) Thanks, TS
