My internet connection is super slow here and primarily only working on my phone. Kind of hoping there’s no winning shelf call for anyone this week. I’ve been reading but a review might be tricky. But I haven’t tried using my phone as a hotspot on my computer. That might work. My kindle fire will not connect to the WiFi here. Is there a way to post book links through a smart phone? Maybe if I go through the website and not the app?
What shelves have I not finished? I think just alpha male. Almost done with that book. Going to read some now while enjoying the beach.
Laura wrote: "Cool! Have we also requested our Magic stamp?"not yet. Sorry - I've been overwhelmed a bit in my work, but will request magic and catch up on my books this week.

I see the shelf. It’s a winning shelf for one team. I’m not going to worry about trying to post my last reviews until I get home. First team to get Bingo doesn’t always win. Usually they do but there’s been a few rounds where the books weren’t finished on time.

Mary C wrote: "Is there a way to post book links through a smart phone? Maybe if I go through the website and not the app?"That's the only way I know of.

Hope everything is going well!
For Vampires, I have a couple of possibilities. I'll decide based on my other challenges.

This was the end of the original plot line. It was done very well and I enjoyed it a lot. The focus was on Gin's attempt to kill Mab despite all the odds. There was a lot of action, but ultimately I loved how Gin interacted both with Owen and with Bria. I can't wait to see how the relationships progress.
CONGRATULATIONS, Reading to the Nines! You now have an updated BINGO card with a stamp on 'magic'.

Review:
I have to agree with other reviewers on this one. This was the ending to a 9 book series, and it didn't live up to the potential in the other books. The H's magic is stolen by her father? She's got another kind, that witches generally ignore because it's not as powerful. But she can totally use it to defeat her father! And she has not learned a single lesson about teamwork or relationships. And any that previous books show her learning, she seems to have forgotten.

Review - this was probably my least favorite of the Ghostwalker series. Most of the main characters had been friends forever, but with the exception of Javier, the friendships didn't come across in the writing. Jamie's character was the most well rounded of the bunch and I thought her interactions with Javier went well. I'll keep up with the series, but if this was the first book in the series I had read, I probably wouldn't bother.

These books are nice because they're like candy for me. I don't have to think too hard, but they're enjoyable. Also, even though it's been a hot minute since I read the last one, I don't feel like I'm missing huge chunks since it does a pretty good job re touching on the important things without feeling too exposition-y. It's interesting to see Kate and Curran's relationship evolve, and how the characters all interact with their world, the hierarchies, and the organizations in it. There were one or two things that rubbed me the wrong way ( (view spoiler) ) but nothing was overly egregious. I'll definitely be picking up the next one at some point, it's just not a priority.
Also, it looks like Team 6 I believe just asked for their winning stamp, so that's game! This round has been fun =)
