Gah! I have 100 pages to go on The Cold Cold Ground by Adrian McKinty. I'm at such a crossroads with this book. I'm finding it somewhat interesting but there is just sooooooo much superfluous description and the neverending paragraphs about Belfast, bombings, fires, etc is a little disconcerting.

Thanks Lainey! Good Luck to you to! Krystal, I'm in a similar boat to you, as I'm out to watch a (matinee) screening of "Psycho" this afternoon, then have my brother-in-law's 50th this evening. I'll do my best - I don't consider the day (month) ended until I put my book down and turn the light off.
Phrynne - I wouldn't discount reading The Good Teacher in a day at all! I found it a very quick and engrossing read. Enjoy!

Well done Brenda and everyone else who's finished their books for October :)I'm down to the wire too this month. Just halfway through my last book. Didn't get much reading time this month as we're in the middle of renovating. Thank goodness for audiobooks as this has helped me get through most of them.
