Read the book around 2014/2015. I am not sure when the book was actually published.

In this world, I believe angels are treated like celebrities. The more popular they are, the more they cost.
The main character is a young adult woman, who works as a waitress.
One of the scenes from the opening paragraph is trucker who almost dies from a car crash or falling off a cliff or something like that and an angel saves him.

Any help would be appreciated.
