I don't believe in hope just because I know that hoping hurts. I know or I don't. I don't hope. Some people may think otherwise, but I think hope kills. People get their hopes up and when they get shot down it hurts so I refuse to hope for anything. Even things within reason. "I hope I'll get an A." "I'll work for and A and maybe get a B."

Honesty Corner January 3, 2016
I know three things that I will constantly and forever deny.
1) I'm fairly intelligent
2) I'm very pretty to other people
3) I am a pretty great writer.
I will disagree with these three truths I know because 1) so many people are much smarter and I don't like eyes on me anyway. It leads to me purposely failing. 2) I can see my many flaws even when others don't and I hate it so why wouldn't someone else? 3) Damn my brother's writings. And hers. They are both much better and so are so many people. How could I be good?
