The thing about putting someone who killed people in jail: You think you're rescuing so many people... But they're already dead. They all died when he or she killed them. He/she needs to be in an asylum or a mental health facility. Where they can find what brought them to do it... Not a prison where they'll read the bible get let out and still be effed in the head.

That's not always the case. I had to write a paper on that. The prison was created to rehabilitate but then turned into an isolation center. Some argue that it still rehabilitates or at least tries to, but there is evidence that shows that even a sane person, when locked up, will go insane or become depressed, which ultimately prohibits rehabilitation.
