That's gorgeous Sonia! Markers work pretty much the opposite to pencils. With pencils your paper wants to have some "tooth" in order to blend, where as with markers it wants to be really smooth.

Definitely considering getting some polychromos one of these days... :)

Sammy (sammystarbuck) | 12863 comments Linda, the planning sheet can be used to plan out what you want to read, and where it will fit (so we know what letters still need to be covered), but if you don't want to add them until you are done, that's fine too.

Generally we'll consider any books listed without a "date read" as a planned read, and the ones that have that column filled in as finished books.

The tasks page is there for your convenience, so you can mark off which tasks you have completed as you go, so you can easily see which are still available for other books.

Michelle | 3554 comments Okie Dokie here I go..

I'm Michelle and I live in New York, not the city, but up further near Syracuse. I have 3 kids and I work part time in an accounting office of a major grocery store. I work nights so my postings will be late at night mostly. I see quite a few familiar people that Ive played challenges with before. I have played wheel a thon before and it's one of my favorite challenges here. I read most anything, but I have a deep love for the horror/apocalypse/dystopian genre. Urban fantasy and paranormal come in as a close second. I can't wait to get started. I'm not picky and I'm normally good with whatever the majority picks.

message 138: by Plethora (new)

Plethora (bookworm_r) | 2239 comments I'm always excited to have a challenge start, but I don't have the preplanning ability to get totally amp'd... lol

Suzy Kennedy Hi Everyone.

Sorry Im late to check in, Yesterday was a really bad day for me There'll be a few back to back posts from me :)

So about me:
I'm Suzy, from North western Ontario. Mandiann and I are friends IRL, she actually got me started on good reads.

I recently graduated university, and am job hunting in this COVID world, thats fun. No human kids and I'm single. I am a cat mom of 2, and foster to a semi feral I've been working on socalizing for almost 2 years now.

I mainly listen to audio books, being dyslexic and an audio learner I was hooked the moment I found them. I read 1 physical book for every 15 audio books. I primarily like reading fantasy books with historical fiction being a close second. Dystopia and space operas are good. I'll read almost anything except horror books. I am a huge wimp and cant handle horror. Everything else I dont dislike but I dont often reach for. But one thing I like about chllenges is reading books I wouldn't normally pick up

I'm a big spread sheet fan. Something I did was organize the tasks into 'groups'. I found it hard to scan through all 200 tasks being all jumbled up so here the grouped tasks just in case that help anyone.

I suspect we're not going to have any trouble filling any Zs that may come up, what with Sonia's fondness for a certain series and all... :)
