I regret to say I did much less reading than I'd expected, but it was due to balmy weather and visits to and from friends I had not seen for months. So enjoyable after weeks of isolation.Fri: 82

Along with the 999 pages I have already reported over the week-end I have also read parts of:Dark City by Catherine Lee 27 pages
and
The Fiery Cross by Diana Gabaldon 50 pages
Giving me a total for the week-end of 1,076 pages
I am terrible. I spent all weekend being distracted by other things, and if I'm honest I'm reading the wrong book for a readathon because the non-fiction-explainy bits will mention something interesting and then I get more distracted by looking it up.Over the three days I read 240 pages of The Globe. And I'm certain at least 400 Wikipedia articles -- they count, right?
Total for the weekend: 240 pages
Total: 1450 ppSunday - 483pp

It is - by a long way. There were other things I could/should have been doing, but hey, it's a long weekend ;)

Yes it was. Was a very busy weekend. Sorry for late reply and low amount...going by the theory that every bit counts though. Have a lovely night.

Well done everyone who took part!

That's a great outcome Brenda, and congratulations to all participants. My reading time was seriously eroded by visits to and from friends, as we celebrated the relaxation of isolation with food, wine, chats, laughs and walks in the mild golden sunshine.

Great result everyone. Hope you all enjoyed your reading and with the relaxation of isolation whichever social activities you have been missing.
I think we did well, especially as a lot of people headed out and about for the first time in awhile :)
