Welcome to the 2015 Read A Classic Challenge!

When you finish a classic book, please post the following information to the feed:

- Title
- Author
- Year of (initial) Publication
- Number of Pages
- Location (State or Country helps us track the worldwide reach of the challenge)

For discussion purposes we encourage you to post analysis, critique, or questions about the book if you wish. Classics can be posted at anytime and "classic" is open to interpretation. This is a grassroots group so feel free to participate as much or as little as you have time for. Just make sure to try to log at least one book this year.

The Skull by Philip K. Dick, 1952, 24 pages. NY

I never know whether or not I like Philip K. Dick's writing. His stories are often filled with good ideas that are sparsely/poorly explained. The Skull is no exception at 24 pages, but I found it interesting. If you like stories about time traveling Assassins, Cold War Macarthyism, and religious prophets/martyrs, this one is worth a look.

Yes I did enjoy it. I am halfway into Foundation and Empire now and am pleased to see that it is as good as Foundation. I liked how through subtle manipulation events on a massive scale could be brought about. Very Machiavellian minus the negative connotations associated with it lol!

How did you like "A Princess from Mars" Steve? It has been ages since I read the series but I remember enjoying them quite a bit.

Aaron, although predictable, I really enjoyed the book. It reminded me of the Doc Savage series that captivated me in my pre-teen years. Plus, the narrator added to the experience although I had to laugh that it took him 8 hrs to read a 186-page book.
