I read this novel years ago and cannot remember what it was called.

It follows a girl in a team of genetically modified teens who train and live in a secret location away from society. Eventually they escape and go on the run.

Eventually it's revealed that they're clones called roses i thinj and they have a power to create wide spread panic and craziness.

Was definately YA slight romance and Veronica Roth posted something on it. Can't remember the title or author. Please help.
