SOLVED. Fairytale adaptions book sorely wanting!!! [s]

Hey! I'm looking for a book in which the fairy godmother takes a girl back in time to basically do a lot of fairy tales with her. (I'm not sure on the time travel part). But there's two sisters and the younger sister is the protagonist. She's a regular girl and doesn't care much for fashion or anything like that and has a boyfriend who doesn't care about anything like that. But her older sister steals her boyfriend and she gets super mad.
Her fairy godmother is kind of a ditz and she (the godmother) has to help her for extra credit(?) or something like that.

I also remember that the godmother brings 7 dwarves to the present, and she takes them all back but another guy gets taken back too. It's kind of a mashup of a lot of different fairytales. There's Rumpelstiltskin, as well.

I don't remember much of the rest but if you can help I'd be so grateful. Thankful for your help!
