Even though they are fairly long I think I will be reading the Newsflesh trilogy by Mira Grant. I should say rereading them. They are some of my favorite books of all time. The only trilogy I've read where all three books are as good as the rest.
Another recommendation for anyone who likes YA Dystopian books is the Unwind series. They are quick reads even though they are over 300 pages. The first book is also one of my favorite books.
The Newsflesh trilogy remains my favorite zombie/dystopia of all time!
I think I'll be re-reading the Hunger Games Trilogy ready for the last film, so they will be my trilogy
I'm going to be reading the Southern Reach trilogy by Jeff Vandermeer. The covers reeled me in, they are amazing!
Mystic City I wanna go for this one by Theo Lawrence! has been on my list for a while :) And the 3rd one is coming out in German this year, so it's perfectly timed not to wait for the last book too long.
Yourfrienddave wrote: "The Newsflesh trilogy remains my favorite zombie/dystopia of all time!"Oh my gosh I haven't met anyone who has read them!! Aren't they just amazing?? Some of the best characters of all time in my opinion. I don't even like zombie books but I love dystopian YA fiction so I gave it a shot. I was in love immediately.
I have read all of the shorts and novellas that Mira has released digitally, too. I just love that world and the characters are fantastic.

I am thinking of reading Phillip Pullman's His Dark Materials trilogy ('The Golden Compass, etc.) for this prompt.
Daneil wrote: "I am ashamed to admit I've never read The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, yeah..."You're not the only one. :P I'm reading that for this prompt also. Better late than never, right?

Definitely. I grew up watching the animated movies of them, and then went to see all of the LotR and Hobbit movies in theaters with my family for my birthday. Last year I read The Hobbit and loved it, but just never got around the trilogy.
Brooke wrote: "I'd like to read the Lord of the Rings trilogy."Same here. I've wanted to read them for a while, so this is the perfect time!
I started reading something else, but used it elsewhere. I then read "The MaddAddam Trilogy" by Margaret Atwood and I love it.
I'm reading the Westward Winds trilogy by Amanda Cabot. I've finished Summer of Promise, the first book.
I'm reading the All Souls trilogy by Deborah E. Harkness. My uncle gave me the first book (A Discovery of Witches) for Christmas and I originally thought this was my "a book with more than 500 pages"-challenge. I've changed my mind.
I recommend the His Fair Assassin trilogy by Robin LaFevers. Just finished them, they were engaging and left me wanting more.
Angie wrote: "I'm reading the Westward Winds trilogy by Amanda Cabot. I've finished Summer of Promise, the first book."I finished the trilogy today- good inspirational romances.
I'm working on this one right now and for the trilogy I am reading the Kane Chronicles from Rick Riordan.
Another suggestion for those who like YA/Dystopian series - the Chaos Walking series by Patrick Ness. Loved them!
I'm reading The Lord of the Rings too since I've never read them. I finished The Fellowship of the Ring already, and I am now reading The Two Towers.
I was planning on reading The Lord of the Rings, but I read that it is not a trilogy, but a single novel divided in three volumes. Do you think it counts anyway?
I read The Strain trilogy (by G. del Toro and C. Hogan) for this part of the challenge. And imo, LOR was published as three books and so it is a trilogy. (Also, my copy literally says "Lord of the Rings Trilogy", so I'll take the cover's word for it!)
I just finished reading the last book in the Divergent trilogy. I really enjoyed these books and although the books are fairly lengthy they were a very compelling read.
I'm going to read The Infernal Devices trilogy. I was going to read the Daughter of Smoke & Bone trilogy but I didn't like the first book enough to continue with it.
I'm reading C S Lewis' Space Trilogy (Out of the Silent Planet, Perelandra, and That Hideous Strength) for this one. 1 down, and it's super good. Sci-fi meets philosophy of life.
I just bought a 3 volume horror manga called Uzumaki, by Junji Ito. It's about a Japanese town haunted by spirals.
Amy wrote: "I am reading The Night Trilogy ( night, dawn, day) by Elie WeiselFinished the trilogy on 2/10/15"
I didn't know this was a trilogy! I liked Night. I'll have to check out the other two. Thank you for posting this.
I plumped for Paul Auster's New York Trilogy. It's been hailed as "meta-detective-fiction"City of Glass
Ghosts
The Locked Room
I've read the first one and really enjoyed it. There's a lot to reflect on.
I'll be rereading the Darkest Powers trilogy by Kelley Armstrong. I remember loving it so much when I was in the eighth grade.
I will be reading all 3 books of The Gulag Archipelago by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn.Update: After reading the first one I realized I wanted to understand the revolution before going on to the second book. I got a reference book that I'll read but now I'm doing the 50 Shades Trilogy instead. I ended up with a set of all 3 books so might as well find out what all the fuss is about.
I read Elie Wiesel's "The Night Trilogy." A nonfiction book wonderfully paired with two fiction books. Beautifully written and powerful.
