I need something light to read next (and I've got two books by Tal Bauer, not on the light-side, I need to read for other challenges).
How is everyone going with their books?

My book ended up being 100pgs more then it said, so I got it updated on here and have just finished it xx Not what id ussually go for but I loved it so much more then I thought I would 😊

How was your book? I too am looking forward to something lighter after this one.

This is the category I was positively dreading. No MM Romance. No Paranormal. Ugh just mostly vanilla MF romance or dense prose that I'm just not into reading (general fiction - which I read very little of as I don't like much of it..too much work to read and no happy ending!)

I feel like I'm going into battle. I'm choosing the shortest palatable book - cannot get time back LMAO.

I read a ton of these romances, when I was younger, Jo (not the one you're reading though)! I've got a lot of mysteries set in the 1990s, I couldn't decide what to read, so I went for an audio.

There wasn't that's very true but may have updated to ebook and kindle editions. So I think we're still using kindle edition for posts, so can add a link for the kindle version as well? It's the same amount of pgs A Savage Betrayal

I missed this one!

This was one of my favorite series. I do hope you enjoy it. I thought I had checked all my paranormal from the early 2000's to see if anything was 90's but I must have missed this one.

I'm glad you're enjoying it, especially since it's so long! I prefer her Ghostwalkers series, though.

Thanks! I'm reminded of why it's took me so long to read it though and some of the bad habits of old school m/f romance. With the alpha male, thinks he knows best vibes at times I find so annoying 😂

There is a very fine line between arrogance and confidence, that I can handle before I just nope. I'm glad the female MC Raven is awesome though and not one to just listen to his rubbish, thank you to strong female characters! I can't deal with too many damsel in distress moments...
