I'm reading mine and hope to finish tonight too 😊Im hoping we get 25 tasks complete, that was the goal I like as it's nice solid number to finish. I think there some sort of pts related task/challenge everyones getting Sunday if finish task to see winner x

Well I'm regretting my book choice, but I shall force myself through it for now and hope it gets better.I was really expecting to love this book as so many rate it highly, but nope its not working for me at the moment 😬😂

I hope so too, it looks rather lighthearted and fun so it should be good especially after the other book I was reading.
I'm just a bit disappointed about fever pitch as I'd waited so long to read it and everyone seems to love it, so surprised me how much I don't enjoy it at all. I guess it's a case of its me not you 😬😂

With the challenge ending on Tuesday, June 9th, there will a minor change to the last task. Beginning on Sunday, June 7th, when teams post their completions and get a new task, they will all get the same task. For this task, instead of just completing it - you will be earning points for every completed book. In the event that two or more teams are tied based on the number of tasks completed, the team with the most points will win The Amazing Race Team Challenge!
The number of tasks is the first deciding factor, after that points. But that can go help determine 5 or 6th place as well, not just the overall winner. Beginning Sunday, every team that completes a task will be given the last task to earn points, I am not sure if a team can make up a task between now and then - it will depend on how the leading teams do I suspect. As long as they maintain the same pace of getting a new task every other day, I can't foresee any changes there.

The books you choose need to have an average GR rating of 4.2 or higher. You can find this number on the main book page, use the average rating in your qualification. There is no pass for this task - so every team member needs to complete a book before the task is considered complete and points are tallied. Completions need to be posted prior to midnight US EDT on Tuesday, June 9th when the challenge ends.

It definitely was an enjoyable challenge, with variety of tasks and our team had a similar reading rythm, so it all worked out perfectly, I think. I'm looking forward to interacting with you in future challenges!

This one had a good amount of pressure - kept me pushing the reading at times but wasn't overwhelming. I also enjoyed the camaraderie :)
Oh that too, I feel we all had pretty similar reading pace so worked really well. I never felt pressure to rush but also was eager to reade to see next tasks and enjoyed seeing what everyone picked 😊

Sweet, sounds good to me! Although I think not certain yet as still points to add up or something to affect places as well. I think only places locked in will be 1st and 2nd as they race off.
I think points will be deciding between teams with the same number of tasks, eg. we have the same number of tasks with team 15 but we have read more books for this task until now. Teams 1 and 9 have the same number of tasks and reading for 1st place, team 7 is third place, we are reading for fourth place along with team 15. This is what I understand.

We definitely worked really well as a team! I'd be happy to be with any of you again as had a lot of fun 😊Im reading my 3rd book but it's not as good as I was expecting, so reading slow not sure will get it down before end.
