Nikitha | 500 comments I do not recommend this book to any of you unless you're into extremely slow books (and by slow I mean one of the main characters is not even introduced properly till about the 17th chapter) and if I see the words "hahaha" as a dialogue once more, I might have to punch someone in the face.
On the bright side, another task done! Yay!

Aiswrya | 2053 comments I once read this book where the author literally said "burst out laughing" once every 2 sentences! At the end of the book, I was ready to pull my hair out!

message 230: by Autumn (new)

Autumn Miller | 130 comments Nicely done guys!

message 231: by MountainKat, Moderator (new)

MountainKat | 31883 comments Here is your next task:

25. Each player reads a book in a series, teams decide. No pass for this task.

As a team select a series and everyone reads a book from this series. You can read the same or different books. The series needs to be listed as a series on GR. Please provide a link to the series page in your qualification.

message 232: by Nikitha (new)

Nikitha | 500 comments Ooh interesting. Any suggestions guys?

message 233: by Aiswrya (new)

Aiswrya | 2053 comments Ooooh how do we pick? I’ll try to look for some series lists. I’Ltd be great if you guys could find something too :)

message 234: by Autumn (new)

Autumn Miller | 130 comments Here’s a list of series that I have. I’ve either read at least one book of the series or I’ve been meaning to start them. I’m on my phone so I couldn’t post the links. Hope this helps!

FBI/US Attorney by Julie James, Rock Chick or Colorado mountains by Kristen Ashley, Elder Races by Thea Harrison, Off-Camous by Elle Kennedy, Evidence series by Rachel grant, Dark Fever by Karen Marie Moning, Black Ops Inc by Cindy Gerard, Black Daggar Brotherhood by JR Ward

message 235: by Aiswrya (last edited May 08, 2020 06:50AM) (new)

Aiswrya | 2053 comments Oh man I've read at least one book in all of these series and never really enjoyed them :( Sorry! Except Elder Races. That one I loved. And don't mind reading.

Other options: I haven't read any of them. Just found these on "popular lists".
1. Marriage of convenience: The Unwanted Wife (unwanted series), A Negotiated Marriage (Convenient Marriages)
2. Accidental Pregnancies: I love this genre, so here are a few suggestions. Tattered, Dragon's Lair (this one is a motorbike series, nothing to do with dragons), Lexi, Baby, Take This Regret, Ruin
3. Or as Autumn suggested, Dragon Bound (Elder Races)

More suggestions?

Edit: And a few of the series I mentioned are on Kindle Unlimited :)

message 236: by Nikitha (new)

Nikitha | 500 comments I've read most of the series entirely on Autumn's list and loved it. Wouldn't mind to re read it!

message 237: by Nikitha (new)

Nikitha | 500 comments I've read both Unwanted wife and Negotiated Marriage. Unwanted wife is one of my most favourite books and I've read it about a million times!

message 238: by Nikitha (new)

Nikitha | 500 comments I love accidental pregnancies too so I'm okay with any of them on Aiswrya's list.
Is Elder Races a fantasy/fiction? Because I don't really want to start another series like that

message 239: by Nikitha (new)

Nikitha | 500 comments Chicago Stars by Suzan Elizabeth Phillips is a good one too

message 240: by Nikitha (new)

Nikitha | 500 comments Wedding Pact by Denise Grover
Wedding Dare series
Dempseys by Jennifer Crusie
I'm on my phone too so I can't post links either!

message 241: by Autumn (new)

Autumn Miller | 130 comments I’m a sucker for accidentally pregnancy books lol I’d be down to read Dragons Lair. I’ve never heard of it but it sounds good. I’ll go with whatever the majority is 😃

Yeah, it's paranormal. But it's very funny! I definitely recommend it :) In fact, I think I sent you a rec last week

message 246: by Nikitha (new)

Nikitha | 500 comments Hey, do any of you read mafia romances? If you do, could you suggest a few?
(Not asking for the task)

message 247: by Nikitha (new)

Nikitha | 500 comments I'm good with Dragon Lair. Is it one of the books available on unlimited?

It's not :( Is that a deal breaker? We can read something else. it's no problem :)

Looked at Wedding pact and Wedding dare. Like both! I think Wedding Pact is on Unlimited.

message 250: by Nikitha (new)

Nikitha | 500 comments No it's not a deal breaker. I was just wondering!
I'm asking the group at large about the mafia thing
