Well that's me up to date. I didn't realise I had so many to post. I'm catching back up Aly lol. I think you have me beat again this month. Never mind I'll try again next month lol. We are gradually pulling away again guys. I'm running out of buddy reads but it's okay I have plenty of books to read and hopefully some of my buddies will be able to read more in the series we are reading this month.

I've got another 5P book going up in a few hours, and then I also plan to whizz through another 1P book tonight.

Great job Maddie. I have 3 more buddies then I think we will have enough P's so I'll work on books hat spell April out right, until we get to the point that a letter is behind again.

Perfect :D I reckon we're safely in the lead, least for a while. I go back to work tomorrow, and then are hopefully able to go back into the office from Thursday, and the weekend I'm spending with my bf if this lockdown is lifted, so we'll see what else I get read

Yeah I'm back to work next week but the lock-down is still in place until May 7th at the moment. It's just a weird time for everyone at the moment. I thought that I would have read more but I'm getting distracted by Netflix and computer games with my son lol.

I don't know how much longer my quarentine will last, so I'm reading as much as I can until they decide to open my uni again (I'm not having online classes), but I must say Netflix, youtube and the sims are also on my way HAHAHA I have a 3 P's book on the way, even though we're catching up with them, it's good to keep reading books with them as they're not as easy as the other letters.

I just finished my 5P book, so I'm going to exercise and shower and then update for that. Then I'll get stuck into my next book. The book I thought I'd read is too short, only 192 pages, and I don't have a novella to add to it which is a shame

I have been sorting out my kindle books and now I don't know what to read. There are so many I want to read and I can't chose lol. I hate it when I'm in this mood.

What makes you choose a book? Is it author? continue a good series? Cover?

Ill admit I go on covers mainly. If it pretty I want to read it lol.

For me it's cover, title and genre first. Then I read the synopsis of the books I've chosen, and pick one to read. But that's if I don't have anything to read, which I always do. New releases from authors, books for a reading challenge, or continuing a series. I also make a lot of reading lists so that helps. Oh and, sometimes, when I really like an author, I decide to read every book they've ever written which, in some cases, is a lot of books.

Usually, I go by the back of the book. I pick one that sounds like it fits with my mood for the day, because some stories just don't fit certain days. And I'll be honest, I look at covers, too. A cool cover with thought put into the layout and everything tends to, for me, signify a better book.

Oh definitely cover. But it makes me mad how most authors don't have a say in the cover, so I never know if the cover signifies the books. I just base reading off cover.

I get like that too MNC! Especially if I'm picking a TBR for a readathon.

I'm also doing Dewey's 24hr readathon this weekend which I'll aim for lots of short quick books for those points.

Sorry guys work really kicked my butt. i work in a special needs school and being one to one all day is really draining especially when we aren't teaching but just playing. I'm slowly catching up. got about 5 books to post tomorrow hopefully. I reckon this challenge will be all over the place until the final moments.

I'm planning on finishing Acowar today finally, and then during Dewey's I'll get through Heir of Fire, Queen of Shadows and Empire of Storms. Might read fluffy stuff in between if I can, not too sure what the whole plan is.
