I just get excited when I hear them... but a lot of times I'm driving or in the shower. Not exactly prime times to take note of them. It's no big deal though... just harder to grab that exact moment and I wasn't sure how specific the times had to be.

actually, I'm not good with that stuff - I'm neither a baker, nor very creative, nor have much 'interplanetary' knowledge hah, let alone in English x)

so if anybody wants to work on /create a recipe for Interplanetary Biscotti it would be really appreciated :) all I can come up with is mixing flour with stardust lol

message 280: by Ambi (last edited Feb 17, 2020 10:33AM) (new)

Ambi | 172 comments Ingredients

🌟1/2 cup oil extracted from meteor showers
🌟1 cup white rocks from Venus
🌟3 1/4 cups stardust flour
🌟3 dead stars
🌟1 tablespoon Mercury's liquid core
🌟1 tablespoon Halley's comet extract

Instructions

Preheat the Sun to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease the huge cookie sheets or line with asteroids .

In a medium bowl, beat together the oil from meteor showers, dead stars, white rocks and Halley's comet extract flavoring until well blended. Combine the stardust flour and Mercury's liquid core, stir into the dead star mixture to form a heavy dough. Divide dough into two pieces. Form each piece into a roll as long as your cookie sheet.( It has to be REALLY long). Place roll onto the prepared cookie sheet, and press down.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated Sun, until golden brown. Remove from the baking sheet to cool on a wire rack. When The interplanetary biscotti are cool enough to handle, slice each one. Place the slices cut side up back onto the baking sheet. Bake for an additional 6 to 10 minutes on each side. Slices should be lightly toasted.

Christina (chrissy__) | 1241 comments again, these are the words that are harder to find/cover + some tips on how else they can work as discussed in the captain's chat:

airtight - spaceship or submarine on cover
cornflour
starfruit - star on cover

the five word categories are:
- word in title
- word in text
- colour of book cover
- colour of item on cover
- item on cover

__________________________________________________

and for the numbers:
- page numbers
- series number
- publication date

although we got asked for creativity, there's no creativity with the numbers. numbers need to be exact. as an example, 362 pages does NOT work for any of the numbers, not 2, not 3, not 300.

the harder to cover numbers as they almost only can get covered through page count:
120
270
300

PLEASE let us know if you can cover any of the words/numbers mentioned here
- I don't think I can finish anything else this month except for the books I've already started.
