So, I'm finished, but I didn't save Christmas :(
I got a total of 130 Golden Coins, which only gave me the basic attempt.
But I did learn a few things...when doing challenges, do not do a book here from a category and a book there from another category, etc. when you need the entire category completed to get points. That's what I did...hence my low score. Next time I shall manage my book order better.
But I did have fun!! Thank you for creating this!! :)

I do the same thing. I really enjoyed being able to do this challenge as an individual in addition to participating with my Tower Team.

Kelly, I'd love to see a similar Easter challenge. I don't read enough to comlete the whole thing more than likely, but I like having the different levels. That way I can feel some accomplishment. :)

Just updating this. :) I was able to hit Valiant Attempt (what I was aiming for) on the next to last day. Would have had more, but I had a DNF on my directional book. Fun challenge.

Single Player - Quest to Save Christmas!

Novel Kingdom is a small kingdom on the edge of Lake Lexicon. It is ruled by the benevolent Queen Skye.

In the forest just outside Novel Kingdom lives a little very bad goblin. This little goblin only receives coal in his stocking due to his hi-jinks and tomfoolery. He decides that he wants to steal all the joy of Christmas from Novel Kingdom so everyone is just as grumpy. He sneaks up to the North Pole and sabotages Santa's whole operation!

HELP SAVE CHRISTMAS!

For each quest you complete you not only help towards saving Christmas for all of Novel Kingdom's citizens but you also receive shiny golden coins to store in your treasure chest. Books with a date read of December 2, 2014, to January 30, 2015 may be used to complete these quests. Each book may only count towards one completion criteria. Each quest may only be completed once for coins.
