Lord Brocktree/ Rocket Raccoon/ Talking Raccoon 2 of 3
I think I know the answer, and it may well have already been asked - I started my audiobook in Dec 2014, it can't be counted for this years challenge can it?

Unfortunately it can't. Books need to be read completely within 2015.

That's 30 hours of WoT, and 48hrs of WoR that I can't include - boooo!"
I hear ya, Kirsty! I had to remove a couple of my books. We have all year to catch up. :D

edited...I put in the wrong book...but Matt curses every other sentence!! I just finished book The Towers of Midnight - (stomach flu - bad for working, good for reading) I am finally reading book 14!
Quick Q - does a monthly read only count towards an energy cell? or can it also be allocated against a superhero?
Laura wrote: "How does one join this and will there be any updates as to what's been completed thus far?"
You can join just by choosing a team and posting which one it is so that MPauli can make a note (DC, DC, DC, DC!!). On page 1 of this thread MPauli keeps a note of the scores and of the initial take downs.
You can track your personal progress/plans over in the progress thread :)

In the month where they are the BotM they automatically count as Energy Cell. If you read the book later, it counts towards a superhero challenge of your choice.

This week saw Team DC take the lead. While Hana defeated The Joker, Wayland was the first player to recruit Flash (how appropriate) and Superman and Nara was first in recruiting Catwoman.
But the achievement for recruiting the first hero was awared for Rocket Raccoon's recruitment by Laura.
Both teams managed to collect 3 Energy Cells.
