Sorry about that, I've added more columns!

Anne-Shirley Whiteman | 8 comments Help!
I’ve reviewed quite a bit of the FAQs, but not all 10 pages and so sorry if asking a Q already answered.
I’m pretty good a finishing the books I pick but there is the rare occasion when the book is not a good fit and I just can’t make myself finish it. I’m half way through a book and I am having an allergic reaction and can’t get to the end. Am I suppose to log it but say DNF or do I need to swap to a new book and make sure I fully complete the book to log it in the spreadsheet?
Let me know what the rules are on this.
Many thanks
X

It's your challenge, your rules! If you want to count your DNF's, that's up to you. We're on the honor system anyway. The only time that's not true is when we're doing read-a-thons and there's a bit of communal competition.

Kim (kmyers) | 539 comments I couldn't find my column on the Anniversary Prompt sheet, and ended added a new one (FU), before I saw I did have one (DD). I don't want to skew the stats, so I'm giving you guys a heads up to see if there is something you want to do. Sorry about that.

You can go ahead and delete the duplicate column!

Dixie (dixietenny) | 1430 comments Sorry if this is answered elsewhere but I can't find it. Is there a book length requirement for the main ATY challenge? It didn't even occur to me in the years I've been doing this, until I noticed the 100pg minimum requirement for the Summer challenge this year. I have a couple of shorter books slotted in for challenge topics that I'm finding - well, challenging - in the main annual challenge, and now I'm thinking I might not be able to use those. Please advise.

message 459: by LeahS (new)

LeahS | 1463 comments No, there definitely isn't. You can use any length you want for the main challenge. The mods use the limit if there are competitions like the one for the current summer challenge.

What LeahS said!

The only time we place page requirements is for the read-a-thons (mostly because there is a team aspect so we want to make sure everyone is on the same playing field), and for the summer seasonal reading challenge (because there is a prize involved).

Otherwise, read as you wish! Your challenge, your rules!

Laureen | 1 comments Hi! I just joined here but I've been doing this challenge on storygraph all year (I didn't realize it was here also). I actually already have 50/62 of the prompts completed.

Question re: #2. #2. A prompt suggestion for this year that did not make the list

How do I find prompt suggestions that didn't make the list? Thank you!

Here is the list. Some prompts may have made it in a later poll.

Welcome Laureen!

Valerie | 388 comments Something is wrong with the Fall Spreadsheet AT, but caused by AS. The pink goes on forever and so does whatever gets typed. I couldn't figure out how to reprogram it.

I fixed it! Someone turned on alternating colors on that line.

Ah yes sorry! Will do when I get back to my computer, unless another mod gets there first!
